Small, Cute, and good!! What raises this tiny DQ to 5 stars is the fact that they go above and beyond. You see the thing about this particular establishment is it doesn't have a customer bathroom because it's so old. So they allow customers to come in the back door and literally go into their stockroom to access a bathroom that was designed for staff only. Instead of saying something like no public bathroom, they go out of their way to provide a nice, clean bathroom for their customers. Other businesses should take notice. The only reason why I downgraded this to 4 stars is they seem to close really early (before 9???) on Saturdays. Otherwise a great a stop. read more

I have been coming to this location for about a year. Everyone has always been pretty cool and I remember seeing about a year ago. People were always saying that this location they catch attitude and I even remember seeing a YouTube video where a girl was being super rude to a customer through the drive-through. Well tonight, August 2 at 6:20 PM. I came through the drive-through placed my order and was met with a totally condescending and rude person handling the order. . This is completely unnecessary. I was actually excited to eat at Dairy Queen tonight. When I confronted the person wearing the microphone, she said oh you were saying what after every question I ask you. Well no actually you were talking to two other people while you were trying to handle my order and you are not very good at multitasking. Now your attitude has cost you a paying customer. someone that came through a couple times a week and spent about 60 or 70 bucks a week so nice job you clown. Not sure how low you need to be to threaten a delivery driver with their job because they were uncomfortable letting him see personal phone containing sensitive information.(need background check to even have this job) Then go to yell at me as I leave to go enjoy my "mediocre paying job" not sure when it's OK to degrade people while representing Dairy Queen. Left shore acres and wanted to grab a blizzard. Got there at 7:15 and the Sign said open. Got up to the door and it was locked with people inside. No sign on door except saying they were open until 8:00 pm. Called them and were informed that they were expecting a rush and were understaffed so they locked the door. We informed them that they should have put a sign on the door. I own a business in town and the few times that we are understaffed, we always post a sign on the doors that we have to close early. The man who took the order asked me if I wanted things on the burger that I did not order. This is pretty much your average DQ food, nothing different although they do offer breakfast on occasion. Service is OK, if not a bit on the slow side. This is pretty much the only fast food joint on Cape Arago Highway, so take that into your factor. Booths are small, so if you're a bigger person, that may be a factor in where you sit. read more

Typical DQ fare, but done totally right. In total we got two dipped cones, a sundae, and a regular cone. Everything was right, they even made the cones then put them in the freezer for a minutes before dipping them so they wouldn't get too soft. The only reason this got two stars was for the nice employee ... I just went and got a large fresh banana milkshake and a large banana split blizzard ... The milkshake was thicker than the blizzard, they didn't turn it upside down (thank god) but my blizzard was so thin I drank it like a glass of milk, no need for straw or spoon! I just got back from dairy queen i had the best breakfast i have ever gotten there.

This was the 5th time I came here because it's around the corner from my house. Sadly it's also the 5th time my order was short. After telling them ,I get this condescending manager want to be tell me this is the first time she's ever seen me. I was so impressed by her talent to not only be there 24/7, but also remember every person that goes there. Through the drive up and the inside counter. I think she missed her calling for those all so intelligent workers at airport security these days. I could forgive the oversight, but not the smart-ass manager. Friendly staff at this location. Inside seating is limited, but has full selection of DQ treats. Today we were picking up an order to go (Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard Cake) which they always have in stock. The worst experience I have ever had. I ordered my food in the drive thru but as soon as I started to pull forward I was cut off by a woman who pulled up and shut her car off. When I got to the window my food was already sitting on the counter so I ask. The cashier said she had a call in order. I doubt that very much as it took more than 10 min for her food to come out. When I got back to my home (less than 5 min) not only was my food cold and my shake melted but my order was wrong and gross. Just sent my hubby for hamburgers for dinner... see that you haven't improved since our last visit. My question is do you ever taste your own food??? first off you got the order wrong and I really expect some lettuce Nd tomato and even onion on a hamburger and then someone must have sat on it because it was smashed flat..Mc Donald has similar product for a third of the price and actually is much fresher.
