Terrible location unfortunately, ordered my drink, paid for it and then brought up my app so I could get the points when im rudely told that if you wanted points I needed to do it before you paid. Im sorry but how am I supposed to know?!? Im a new customer when it comes to Dutch so I have no idea of this policy and really should this less than friendly boy or foe that matter all employees be in the habit of asking their customers if they have the app because every other location i have been to has very cheerfully and politely asked me if I have the app. So, I just kind of looked at him sorta IDK waiting for at least a my bad but no I turn around to hear the window slam and I said nothing but im sure I looked disappointed. It'd already tough enough receiving a pleasant customer service experience these days, a reason why I started coming to Dutch Bros but I see that some employees clearly think they are above their customer and really could care less. The matcha latte caught my eye, and it has a nice, grassy taste that not everyone will go for, but it's not a terrible flavor-have an open mind. The chai latte is a good chai latte-some spice, not as strong as some, but somewhere in the middle. Good service. Nice seating at this location. read more

Drive-thru coffee shop with staff members coming out to your car to explain the menu, joke with you and take your order. I guess this is the process with this chain - but it does slow service down, even though it left me smiling. Didn't want a super-sweet coffee treat, and I neglected to ask about unsweetened options, so I got just a basic decaf with a little cream. The coffee was fine - but not hype worthy. (All of my sister's friends said we had to get a Dutch Bros. so I was expecting something fantastic.) As we drove up to pick up my order and have another crazy-friendly exchange about where I'm visiting from, I saw a large number of unsweetened flavors I could have ordered and also watched an iced coffee being made. I heard a lot about Dutch Brothers, but I only got to try it for the first time during my most recent trip to Oregon. And oh my goodness, what have I been missing this entire time? I can't drink straight-up black coffee, but I do like sweeter, blended drinks, so a friend told me that Dutch Brothers would be right up my alley. Dutch Brothers Coffee stands are easy to find because of the signature, blue, windmill structure. They're a drive-thru, but during the last of my visits for this trip, I noticed that you could also walk up to the window (on the opposite side) to order. That would have probably been helpful for me to notice, because the line at this location tends to be long. But, then again, there are only like two stalls where you can park and get your coffee, so you'll probably have to wait in the drive-thru, due to lack of parking. That being said, the people who work here are really friendly and helpful! During my first visit--my first time at a Dutch Brothers location, EVER--the staff were more than willing to help me, and my drink was on the house. The staff made my visits really enjoyable, so that, combined with the product, made me want to come back all the more. Prices are definitely reasonable (in comparison to what some coffee shops charge) and you get what you pay for, in terms of sizes. Here's what I would recommend: "Caramelizer": This drink features a classic mocha that's spun with velvety caramel. I got this on my first trip to Dutch Brothers, and the girl at the window highly recommended it, saying that it was her favorite drink. I can see why! I actually got this on my last visit to Dutch Brothers, before I left Eugene to return to Hawaii. You can get drinks either hot or iced, but I got this one iced, even though it was a cooler, misty morning. I wasn't disappointed! The blend was perfect, adequately featuring both chocolate and caramel. I was just relieved that they had soy options here. I got a medium size and was surprised by how large it actually was ... and I think I only had to pay $3.50 for it, too. Granted, there's lots of ice included in the drink, but I loved the sweetness and the delicate balance between the chocolate and caramel flavors. "Annihilator": I got this drink during my second visit to this Dutch Brothers location. I was interested in it because it featured a chocolate macadamia nut mix. The girl at the window told me that it didn't have a super strong chocolate taste, so she recommended adding chocolate syrup, which I did. While I did like the lighter, chocolate macadamia nut flavor of this drink, I still liked the "Caramelizer" a bit better. I got the "small" size of this drink, but it still boasted a sweetness that I enjoyed. "Dutch Freeze": I didn't get this drink during my time at Dutch Brothers, simply because I always have to get soy and I was told (on numerous occasions) that adding soy would mess up this mix. But, I didn't want to take chances and not have soy with this option. It features a frosty, creamy espresso blend that's made from scratch. One of my friends ordered this before and really enjoyed it ... I really wanted to try it because it looks amazing in the photos. Maybe I'll take my chances and try it one day when I'm not commuting anywhere and if a bathroom is safely nearby. "Dutch Frost": If I didn't want a coffee option--or just wanted something that was more similar to dessert--I would order this drink, as it features a frozen, creamy shake. I'm not sure what flavors it comes in, but I'll definitely have to try it one day. "Chocolate Chip Muffin Top": I only ordered coffee during my trips to Dutch Brothers, but if I had to get breakfast, this chocolate chip muffin top would probably be first up on my list. I love chocolate chips (and muffins), so I'd take this over any fruity pastry option any day. read more

Okay Seriously -- what is in the Dutch Bros. Secret Juice? Their hiring is top notch and they pick amazing people!! Mom, Dad and I were going to look at Christmas lights a few weeks ago -- Mom and I brought our dutch bros hydroflasks to fill up with hot chocolate for the driving around YEA!!! So we went to this location as it was on our way. There is ONE drive up (noting this because most have 2) and one walk up window. The service was attentive though and they were extremely nice AS FREAKING ALWAYS. We placed our order for two peppermint Hot Chocolates and the two that were working that Friday night were simply fantastic. As we were waiting they asked what we were doing and we told them and they were excited for us -- yes they seemed excited we were going to look at lights. Then Halo by Beyonce came on -- and I was kidding but said "so are you going to sing this for me?" They both immediately started belting it out and doing interpretive dancing WHILE preparing our drinks. I am telling you this place knows how to hire. Then we went to look at light for 3 hours -- our drinks were still HOT (yes I said HOT) at that time and for the next 3 hours... I was sipping mine so I had a lot left. If you don't have a Dutch Bros Hydroflask GET ONE!!!!! Anyway I loved the workers here too! Definitely awesome. read more

We recently moved here and of course have been in quarantine... took a trip to Dutch Bros... didn't even know the menu But Camie (hope I'm spelling it right!) & Brittany totally hooked us up! Just stopped by Dutch Bros on River Road. Way too many kids in that little space, ordered a 16 oz drink, and was given a 12 oz, I was informed that my half stamped card was no longer accepted because they now have an app. The latte flavor is marginal. Time to move on... there are lots of other coffee options in this area that offer good service and a good cup of coffee. Visited this location on a recent trip to Eugene ... my first Dutch Bros experience, though we have them where I live. I prefer just a regular coffee instead of all the fru-fru sweet "coffee" drinks. I felt the menu catered to the sweeter drinks and it was difficult to identify anything else. I don't remember what I ordered, something with vanilla syrup and whipped cream on top. After I ordered my friend pointed out the Americano on the menu. I felt it was too late to change my order, so I did not. Looking forward to trying an Americano instead of a sugary coffee drink. read more

Let me just start by saying I absolutely love coffee from here (when it's made right) we come here a lot 2-3 times a day. When my husband orders his drink they make it perfect almost every time, now mine on the other hand isn't made right ( and we order the same exact thing most days) there is one female that takes our order but WILL NOT listen to me when I'm trying to tell her how I want it, she just keeps eye contact with my husband. I absolutely hate going to this location for this reason alone, my husband likes to because well his shit is always right. All I wanted was my drink extra sweet and Carmel drizzle around the cup. There was a really long line but one of the workers stood outside while it was sprinkling to get our orders so that we could get our coffee asap. We weren't really in a rush but it was nice that they go out of their way to expedite the line. I ordered a Candy Cane Mocha on Christmas Day. I specifically asked for extra whip cream and was told that I would get peppermint sprinkles. When I took off the lid, there was neither. When I asked for them, I was given a bit of whip cream. When I took a sip, it was neither peppermint nor mocha. What a miserable order on Christmas Day. I love their drinks and their staff. Super great place for energy drinks, cremosas, or smoothies. I'm not a huge fan of their hot coffee but an iced "Kicker" is probably the best drink they have. This is not my usual Dutch Bros. To be honest I usually avoid this location. But the kids really wanted one so we stopped here. We placed our order. It was repeated back to us correctly but I did not receive the correct drink. Then when I told them it was wrong. The barista making our drink said oh well you want white coffee? As we said yes he said it again. As he was remaking it the entire cup filled to the top with ice with a heavy layer of cinnamon sprinkles on top. Said we could keep the drink that was made wrong. That didn't tatse right even without the white coffee. The one that was made with white coffee was very short in the actual drink department. There was more liquid in my kids small italian soda. This was the first Dutch Bros I tried while living in Eugene. During that visit, when they had heard I had never been there, they excitedly said my first drink was on them! They proceeded to ask me what I liked, made some recommendations, and I finally decided on a blended Cocomo. As they made my drink they chatted with me about where I was from, what brought me to the area, etc. The baristas truly made my first trip to Dutch Bros a memorable experience! And the drink was DELICIOUS! I have since been back to the same location and got a blended Double Chocolate Mocha which was very yummy as well. Very smooth and creamy. The service was once again impeccable. While I don't go out for coffee too often (hello, student loans), when I do I will keep coming back to this location. The drinks are more affordable than Starbucks, and the service just blows Starbucks and other similar establishments out of the water! read more

I love Dutch, and this is the location I always go to. After tonight I will drive out of my way to another location just to not attend this one. The people at this location are typically always friendly and awesome. I went to get my free birthday drink tonight and the girl working tried to make me pay for it because they were doing a fundraiser. I explained that I didn't have the money for it then. She made my drink and very rudely stated "well I guess this ones on us tonight." Her attitude was horrible and the worst I've ever come across at a Dutch bros. You don't badger people to pay for something that is suppose to be free and then show them terrible customer service after they say they can't afford it. I've worked in customer service and have been a Barista and I would never speak to a customer that way. Ending my birthday with a rude chick was not what I wanted. My wife's family,my family and a few of are friends have had terrible experiences from this location with the drive through. The only reason I'm aware of this now is because we had the same experience are selfs this week. With no signs at all saying wait in line till your order is taken then pull forward. No I seen the young man taking peoples order at the other auto having a full on conversation with the people so when the other cars left the window and it was clear for me to move. I did so as they where still laughing and making friends not moving. After I pulled forward the young man decided to put his big boys on and tell me rudely I was cutting and it's not the way they do business and next time they won't serve my wife and I. No worries there is no more business between are families nor with the delivery service I drive for as I will refuse the orders and have told them already as I was there to get a coffee before going and taking care of my moms service plans as she had just passed a couple weeks before. I truly hope this can be fixed so others don't get the service are families and selfs have experienced at this location. On the brighter side I would love to say. I love what you do for the community and the fundraising you do for the children's miracle network that's why we loved to get coffees through this business. read more
