First time we stopped in this Dutch brothers and the last we bought a gift card and they tried adding on $ 7.50 tip . When I noticed this I asked why and another employee rudely shouted what we get no tip for doing this . Well for one I did not purchase any coffee I purchased a gift card for my Nephew and for that they expected a large tip . Very rude employee's and greedy it was almost Christmas and they did this . I'm originally from Grants Pass ,Oregon where Dutch brothers started and was appalled that this happened and will never go back to University Dutch brothers again in Eugene , Oregon . read more

Best coffee in Eugene with the happiest, and most energetic, employees you'll find anywhere. I visit friends up here all the time and treat myself almost daily to the absolutely superb coffee that Dutch Brothers has. Whether it's just medium roast coffee or an Annihilator with an extra shot, this place is the BEST!! Their .coffee may be good, but they are very inconsiderate neighbors. I live near the Coburg Road and Willakenzie location. They often play their music so loud (like right now) that I can hear it inside my apartment with the windows closed. Therefore, I boycott them. read more

I was traveling south on I-5 and stopped for gas in Grants Pass. Thirsty, but not looking for coffee, an iced chai tea sounded good. The nice, bubbly barista engaged in conversation about where my travels would take me, how was my day, and had I been to a Dutch Brothers Coffee. Now, my son and girlfriend are huge fans, but I rarely go out for coffee and told her "no, it'd been a long while." She handed me the large chai tea and said "this is on the house. It's our special today." I was stunned at the generosity and so, let me say thank you to the management and the wonderful staff at, as my son says, "Dutch Bros". The chai was delicious and refreshing as I continued my journey over the mountains, extra delicious!! Thanks again!!! I am now a paying-customer in Eugene!! read more

I ordered an iced annihilator and mentioned to the barista Sarah that last time I got it here, it was super milky and I barely tasted the coffee. She made a good effort to make this drink with just the right amount it shots and sweetness and tasted better (like actual coffee and not milk). On top of that, she told me this one was on the house. This is the absolute worst Dutch bros I have ever been to. The service has been terrible they interrupt you during an order to talk amongst each other and don't make conversation at the window.
