While we visit coffee shops/restaurants for the food and beverage is actually the people that make the place. The woman that took my order and spent a few minutes to chat while I waited for my coffee to be made is an absolute angel. She is the reason I'll be back. That said I absolutely LOVE the blackboard walls with the explanation of various coffee beverages, the classic offerings and seasonal is a cute and classic look to this shop. On their seasonal offerings one beverage caught my eye the rosemary & brown sugar OMG LOVE IT! The rosemary is subtle and not overpowering and the brown sugar flavor adds a hint of sweetness. After standing by the register, almost begging to be served, I finally say "excuse me, I have been waiting outside for this peach sunshine drink". He looks at me very confused and then finds the order. HE HAD NOT EVEN STARTED THE ORDER. I grab my drink and walk outside to see that 5 more cars had lined up along the side of the building. One of which had their window down. I ask her, "hey, did they tell you to pull around? You're better off going inside". She gets out of her car to go inside, just as another car pulls around to wait in a parking spot. I am not sure if they're playing the waiting game with customers, and hopes that they will get impatient and drive off or what. Whatever the case may be, this place is not worth your time. This isn't like a traditional "American" pizza. It is very hard to explain, just go and try it!! And dessert - I have had quite a bit of baklava in my lifetime. This was the best I have ever tasted. You take a bite and it just completely melts in a caramel flavor in your mouth. Do not get just one. My friend ordered the cake that is very similar to tiramisu, I don't remember the name and it isn't on their online menu at this time. She said it was to die for. This is a little bit on the expensive side of dining, but the quality of this food is worth every single penny. My friend and I spent $106 total, for all this food. So, it's not crazy expensive. Regular fountain drinks are $3 each. My over all review is give this place a try, they really deserve it. Try something new if you haven't tried this type of dining, this is a wonderful place for your first go at it. The best way i can describe the shake is a pretty good amalgamation of a protein shake and a dessert shake. Their shakes aren't super sweet and the profile is closer to protein shake. However, the shake is much thicker and closer to an ice cream shake. They do throw in some extras to elevate the flavor. So picture a thick protein shake with that type of sweetness with some ingredients to make it taste like a coconut cream pie. Will definitely be trying to stop by often to try more and see what seasonal flavors they have.
