I have a hard time understanding why there are some Dutch BROTHER's locations that run quick and smoothly no matter the line, and others have a huge line because of running on the slow side. This location did not get orders out to cars in line. It was 16 minutes from my ordering while in line, to receiving my drink. This is a pretty big window of opportunity to get lots of drinks out to customers, and turn over the line. There was someone taking orders in line for a bit, but then not at all. The reason why three stars instead of two? My drink is just right. I finished it with speed and delight, and the person at the window was so friendly!!! I love it! A friendly, smiling, face that connects while greeting with cheer, is awesome, and why I go to Dutch Brothers. Possibly this location is understaffed? I'm not sure. With consistently getting out in line for orders, and bringing out orders to the line, if possible, this location is easily a FIVE star. 2025 #10 read more

This location is always super busy and I'm assuming it's because the staff is so fun! Sometimes it seems like overkill but I appreciate it more than having a zombie barista. My kid's drinks always seem to come out great, they get some variation of a rebel. I get different coffees and they are always just meh. I've stopped getting drinks from here because it's not ever really that great. The other thing that's kind of annoying is that they will occasionally hand out drinks in the second window. This by itself isn't annoying but the fact that the drive thru isn't wide enough to go around the first car in line makes handing out the drinks at the second window kind of pointless. read more

A grocery store worker told my wife that Dutch Bros is the best coffee in town. Yearning for the morning delight, she got 2 cups for us to enjoy. I opened up the lid with anticipation.. ACK! 5 star Dutch! Ok, it's the same as any other Dutch but the drive thru line moves much faster than your average Dutch so I assign them a 5 star review. The staff is always nice and outgoing and they always show solid effort with getting customers in and out as fast as possible. They have raised their prices over the last few years but still remain less expensive than Starbucks or Black Rock and some of the girls here are super pretty and nice making it that much more of an enjoyable experience. read more

Passing through town, came here. Don't care for Dutch Bros coffee BUT their sodas, rebels, teas & smoothies are DELISH!!!!! Ordered the kids stuff, my drink, my friend orders her large drink, first guy super nice. We get to the 2nd window and they are all young girls some acting very immature and unprofessional. They spent more time gossiping to one another then waiting on us & yelling because someone they knew can to visit them. We all received our drinks the girl acted nice, 'enjoy your wonderful drinks'. My friend said this was supposed to be a large, the girl said ' I guess this is supposed to be a large' as she handed it to someone else, as she stood talking to the visiting girl. The other person added the stuff to make a large, handed it to the girl to give to us, my friend said 'thank you so much for making it a large'. The girl rudely rolled her eyes said, 'yep' and turned around to chat with the girl again. Worst Customer service I've ever had. Went to celebrate a special occasion with friends who really wanted Dutch, it was closer to close but we should still have been given service, car full of people where denied service because "Everything was Empty " and they where closing soon. This was from the assistant Manager Alana Martinez. We had the window slammed shut on us, given very rude, sarcastic responses. And at the end of it weren't served. While we where waiting to turn to leave, we saw that all the employees where standing around waving at us rudely and the vehicle behind us being served. I try not to go to Dutch because of the prices, but until this Dutch is under new management, or this assistant manager is fired, they've lost my business entirely; same goes for the 10 other people I had with me. If I could give zero stars I would! We came in about 10 min before they closed for my daughter's birthday Friday night, Aug 16th. Including us there were 3 cars in line at the drive up window at that time. The first car got their drinks, and the car behind us got their drinks. But we did not get any service at all. Well, we got the worse service, we got rejected! The "Assistant Manager" Alana, was the one helping us. Or should I say, not helping us. As soon as we pulled up in our bus, she slammed the window on us. We moved up to the next window, and she refused to open it. So some of the girls in our bus got out by foot and before we got to the window Alana opened the window. At that point she rudely and sternly told them they were not going to serve us. The girls asked why and she told them that they were all out of everything and they were closed. The girls said, you served the car in front of us and you don't close for another ten minutes. Alana said all there machines were shut down, emptied, and cleaned out. Alana yelled at the girls telling them that they were not going to be served and to move the bus. She yelled that the drive thru was not a parking lot. So, the girls started walking back to the bus and that is when I got out. I'm the mom of the group (age 54), so I thought I would go find out what the problem was because it was my understanding that Dutch Bros serves people until they are actually closed. Not clean all their machines and close before they are actually supposed to close. I walked over to the window and asked Alana what was going on and why we were not able to order some drinks. She told me that they were closed. I said, "You guys are open for another 10 minutes and you just served the car in front of us and the car behind us just placed their order, why can't you take our order? To my surprise I was treated like some second class piece of garbage. I was embarrassed by her attitude of how she was speaking to me. She obviously has no respect for customers, the ones that are responsible for her paycheck. She said that it was too late and they ran out of everything. I pointed out that she served the car in front of us and behind us so why not us? She had no answer outside of, they already cleaned out everything and were closed. I told her that it is my daughters birthday and we drove all the way down there just because they were the only ones still open. She told me that she would serve my daughter but no body else in the bus. So, I politely asked her if I could speak to the manager and she sarcastically with a big fake smile said, that's me, Alana, you can complain to me. I told her I didn't understand why she was serving the car ahead of us and the car behind us but not us. She just kept saying with a big fake smile and sarcastic slow tone (like I was stupid), because we are closed. I let her know that I was going to call corporate in the morning because this is against their supposed policy and we were being treated unfairly, and she smiled real big with lots of sarcasm and said, "you do that and have a nice day now". She then started telling me that the drive thru was not a parking lot and could not leave our vehicle there. I said, we are not parked, just driving thru trying to get service, where were we supposed to put it? She then slammed the window on me! She was treating us like we had no business even being in the drive thru! We started walking back to the bus which was only a few feet from us and then she opened the window again. She rudely started to do like a sarcastic "parade wave" to us as were pulling through the drive thru. She was saying "Bah Bye" with her fake wave. Then she slammed the window again. She opened it again while we were waiting to pull out onto the street. Sure enough, she gave the car behind us their drinks. I can understand not serving someone if they were under the influence or out of control but we pulled up happy to see them, not under the influence of anything and excited to order our drinks for my daughter's birthday. I was shocked to say the least and I will never come back to this location. I know that Starbucks would never treat anyone like this! I'm not sure why this girl Alana is in any kind of management position, much less, representing Dutch Bros. Is this what they stand for now?? Come on Dutch Bros, get with it. We frequent your stores not just for your drinks, but to be treated like you appreciate our business. If this is what we have to look forward to, I will keep on driving and stop over at Starbucks. Alana treated the girls and myself with such disrespect it was an embarrassment to Dutch Bros. I hope that a respectable manager with this company can hopefully take a look at their cameras and see how she treated us and how she basically kicked us off the property simply because we showed up 10 min before they closed. But she served the car behind us that showed up minutes after we got there. Shame! read more

Other than the look on my woman's face when I hand over her drink, I'll stay far away from this Dutch unless I have an entire morning to blow away. Every time I pull into the property, I have to drive around the line that sits out on the busy street. After pulling into a spot to walk in and grab a quick drink, it never fails to watch them serve 20+ drive through cars before even addressing me and taking my order. Mind you, I visit coffee shops often to sit, relax and enjoy a cup.. but there is no seating or tables anywhere. Which tells me that it's a walk up drive through. It's possible this place is under staffed.. but that's likely due to greedy neglectful owners. I've been here over 15 times in the last 6 months hoping they will solve their awful service issues. So again, if I weren't asked by my woman, and I'd her smile didn't change my mood, I wouldn't ever have to visit this particular Dutch again. Great first impression, for sure. I walked down from MHCC to see what all the hype was all about since I see drinks from here all around campus, and I must say I wasn't disappointed. Luckily I was walking in and not going through the drivethrough, because that thing is always packed. I was the only one inside and the guy helping me was super nice and patient while I looked online for something I wanted to try. I explained it was my first time there and he was super chill, ending up giving the drink to me for free since it was my first time! I said I will definitely be coming back, and he asked for my name and said I can always ask for him when I come in. Seems like a great place and I definitely recommend trying it at least once if you like drinks of many different kinds and you've never tried theirs before. Music was a little loud, but I'm no stranger to that. Main area is quite small when walking in, but it seems to not be a problem since everyone uses the drivethrough anyway. Give it a shot if you ever thought about trying it! read more

Generally Dutch Bros is better than this review is going to be so I plan to give this location another opportunity before I stop going there altogether. I was out shopping with a friend and we stopped by for coffee. It being the season we wanted to try one of the seasonal favorites. We opted for peppermint bark mocha. I ordered a regular and my friend ordered a sugar free. We ended up with neither and instead were given Dutch Mocha Freezes. I was afraid it was going to be the result because the music was so incredibly LOUD that any order being taken would be difficult to take and record correctly. I'll go back again but next time I hear blaring music I'll either shout my order or request that the music be turned down. Good customer service should account for the fact that the music being played might be too LOUD for getting orders right or not the taste of your customer. read more

We just went through the drive through at Dutch Bros., there was a guy standing outside the building taking orders - didn't say anything when we pulled up. He just stood there and stared at us, I assume taking notes and sending them to the shop. We wanted to see the menu as it was our first time to the shop and he said, 'okay, let's walk,' so my husband drove forward and then the guy proceeded to say, 'do you just want to order at the window?' and let us drive forward. There are two other windows that the guy could have been standing in to avoid the sun/heat, but it just doesn't seem to be DB style to allow that. When we pulled forward, we got to the first window, the menu was limited, it forces you to look online for the full menu - while you are in line to buy your coffee. Ugh. (I proceeded to look online, their online menu is terrible, too.) We got to the window, and the girl couldn't hear us because the music was so loud. She had to hang half of her body out the window to hear us. I asked her questions about different drinks (from their online menu...) and she also just stared at me. We asked about a full menu, she said that none of their shops have full menus. (Uh, yes, they do, or at least more complete menus) She finally understood what I wanted and took our order. We complained about the previous issues that I stated above, and she began to get super snippy with me. Their card reader didn't work, as 'they think it might have gotten coffee in it or something.'
