Early in our north to south cross country road trip, my travel companion and I found ourselves quite parched after a whirlwind tour of Seattle. My travel companion had never had the privilege of having a Dutch Brother in her mouth, so we knew this would be a special experience from the get go. It goes without saying that this place served up the finest coffee in the Northwest. What made our experience truly paramount were the customer service superstars working in this joint. We didn't even have to approach the window to place our order!!!!!! A dedicated employee, truly enveloped in the culture of Kelso, rushed to our side decked in tie-dye from head to toe. We were immediately struck by her benevolent kinship combined with rocking awesome neato vibes. When we thought things couldn't get any better, she struck us with her ESP abilities. It's like she KNEW we were doing something cool. She asked us what we were up to. We were so excited to speak of our journey that had only just begun! She shared in our joy and enthusiasm in a way that was akin to our own families. Just chatting it up with these swell individuals already had us buzzing, and THEN we got our coffees! Those iced mochas had us feeling like we could scale the Eiffel Tower with our bare hands. If, of course, the Eiffel Tower was located along the Oregon Trail! i dont like coffee, so dont ask me about that. and i wont say it sucks because the coffee is bad. i think all coffee is bad. i know alot of people that love it tho (obviously) and when they stop there on the way somewhere, heres what ive noticed. the service is great, all the employees seem to love to work there and be there, all the time. and the service is great! if theres a long line, its probably because lots of people want coffee (maybe the employees are talking for a long time, but probably not.) even then, they try and be fast, and will sometimes even send someone out to take ur order! if they werent a coffee shop, id go alot! read more

The cheapest decent coffee you can get in a drive through. Always 5 stars for service and chit chat, they specialize in big sugary drinks rather than quality Joe though. Perfect for a long road trip. read more

One of my absolute favorite coffee stops when in the area for sports! Always consistent flavor, quick and super friendly baristas always cheerful! Try the white chocolate breve or mocha with cinnamon and honey iced or hot or a iced Paris tea infused with a flavor! Prices are considerably less than Starbucks across the street and less wait and more consistency in flavor! Excited about the one opening in my area. read more

Probably one of the best frozen mochas(Dutch Freeze) I have ever had. Definitely enjoy getting coffee here and the prices are awesome too. I have also noticed that they seem to be pretty actively involved in the community too. Which makes it an even better place IMO. read more

First time ever going to Dutch Bros and man, it was an experience I will never forget! We pull up and a friendly guy came up to our car in the line and asked what we wanted, which we replied its our first time! He seemed thrilled and we had some small talk before pulling to the window. Three guys were working and they greeted us saying that 3 out of our 4 drinks will be free since this is our first experience! We couldn't believe it! The guys were so energetic and definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I'm sad there isn't a Dutch Bros in my area, but I'm sure none of them would compare to this location! Amazing prices for the size of coffee and tastes so good! read more

It doesn't matter which location you go to or the time of day, the employees are always cheerful and friendly! The coffee is always excellant and the price is awesome too! I have a special coffee place I go to quite often they're very consistent the drink is always the same no matter who makes it or what time they make it morning noon or night I've tried Dutch brothers five times grants Pass 2 Times and longview 3 times . I asked for the same thing every time ! And it's different every time ! And too sweet not enough coffee too much milk and it's bland ! they need to stick with the formula instead of the speeding up to get the coffee out so they can help the next person I don't think I'll ever come back unless they get consistent with the exact formula "Quality not quantity" if they can do this I'd be more than happy to patronize again ! I'm not sure how you can screw up a double raspberry latte that's pretty simple that's all I'm saying . The Service is wonderful and cordial but the drinks are not consistent . read more

Dutch Brothers Coffee is my favorite coffee place. The staff is always friendly and quick, and the coffee drinks are delicious! The prices are reasonable, and if you are a frequent customer, I suggest you get your card stamped for that free coffee drink. I recommend them over anyone else around! read more

I was driving home from a trip to Portland and my husband and I needed some coffee. I decided to try Dutch Brothers for the first time, right off I-5 in Kelso. I drove up and apologized because I didn't quite know how to order from the menu but I figured it out quick and ordered 2 drinks . The guy that took our order was incredibly kind and patient, he even asked how our day was going and where we were from as he made our drinks. It was just so refreshing to stop and pick up an excellent couple of drinks and be treated so kindly and with such respect. I have never been so impressed at any coffee drive thru as much as I was at this location and if there were Dutch Brothers all around the eastside of Seattle, I'd be a regular! This is the place to stop for drinks if you're making the drive to Portland. The drinks were fabulous but even more so the servers are a delight!
