Came here because who doesn't LOVE Dutch Bros? The male attendant at the drive thru recommended a Golden Eagle. Got to the drive thru window and a sweet girl Emerald suggested i try White coffee at my next visit. Came back the next day and greeted by an upbeat bubbly blonde girl. Came in around 7pm, not too busy. I'm not much of a fan of their drinks but I love trying new things. I got a medium dutch soda with vanilla and strawberry. I wished they had cherry as vanilla goes with it better. I also asked for whipped cream. As I got my drink I was sad how little the amount of whipped cream was given. Also how my drink is filled with ice. There was barely any liquid. I finished it within 4mins. This is like Starbucks with the ratio of the drink and ice. Next time I'll ask for light ice. read more

I just got the Nitro Cold Brew, I asked for vanilla & caramel. I was really excited to try it. Not a Starbucks fan so I figured I'd give them a shot.I'm sorry but It tasted like it was poured out of a boot, seriously the worst coffee I've ever had. I even added sugar (I had some in my car from a recent camping trip) but it was still gross. I tried really hard to like it but I couldn't get it to taste good. I couldn't taste the vanilla or caramel. They are always happy and cheerful. There are so many choices, if coffee isn't your thing to hey have flavored lemonades (which I always get). They don't appear much more pricey than any other coffee shop, but they have a lot more options. If you didn't like what you ordered, order something different next time. If you want a cool refreshing coffee, Dutch Bros in Merced is the place to go. We were in and out of the drive through in less than 5 minutes. The order taker was kind and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions as we are new to their menu. The cherry on top of the cake was the excellent guest service provided by our cashier Thomas. I could barely understand her when she was taking my order! And the MOST IMPORTANT is she ordered the slushy with an energy drink in it when stating that it was for a child!!!!!
