I used to love this location because it was just down the road from my house, but lately not so much. Longer lines than usual, most of the time order is wrong, drive through window people talk waaay to long with certain customers, they always ask for tip even when service is horrible. The last order I got had a huge plastic pieces in my drink when I told one of the workers the young lady commented "oh well" and went about her work. OH WELL my bottom...I could have choked! I want to love Dutch Bros but I just can't. I can't complain about anything free for me, even if it's now restricted to a small that they didn't even have to give me apparently, because I don't get most apps so they can't glean ALL my personal info for maybe a free drink once a year. & I choose not to make a deal out of being young & foolish & making inappropriate jokes (he'll learn over time & I don't feel the need to parent anyone else today), but my daughter paid $3.75 for a small iced caramelizer that used to cost $3 & it was 3/4 ice today! $3.75 for a few ounces of coffee drink. No one asked if she wanted it iced or blended either, or if either of us wanted whipped cream, & it's partly her own fault for not advocating for herself because she did think of it, so hopefully it will help her speak up next time. But such things are part of the reason why I don't frequent overpriced coffee/drink stands of any brand, in general. Besides my caffeine oversensitivity lol. But there are plenty of low or no caffeine options & I still go rarely (once a year or maybe twice) because it's just not worth it. I value living a basic life where I don't need or even want much besides God's agape love through Christ, prayerfully the unmerited love of others, and basic food & shelter & clothing. Awesome and quick service! Just what I needed to help me though the Spring Forward daylight savings time and losing an hour sleep. I had Army Reserve Drill this weekend and woke up at 5:30 AM which is more like 4:30 AM before daylight savings time. Super out of it, I knew I needed some coffee to get me though the day. I saw this Dutch Bros close to my home and though I'd get some coffee from there. Pulled in and got a medium caramel latte and was though the driveway in a minute. As always, the "broista" was super friendly and because I was in my military uniform, I received a discount. Very happy with my order of coffee and loved the customer service I received. Tonight I attempted to get my son a drink from Dutch bros at this location. A red car was in front of me obviously having a conversation with the blond worker and not ordering anything. Five minutes go by before the worker grabs her iPad thing and starts scrolling it before reaching behind her and gives the person in the red car a small drink. Two more minutes go by of them just sitting there talking, I thought maybe the person was waiting for another drink but Nope!Two more cars pull up behind me and finally a girl comes out the back and gets my order. I love the coffee, but getting tired of them playing music so loud you can't hear anyone talking & acting like you're interrupting them socializing. Today I ordered coffees with almond milk & no soft top because I CANNOT have dairy. When I pulled up the worker acted like she didn't want to talk to me...when she handed me my drinks, the both had soft tops. When I asked if it was the drink I ordered she said "yep" and walked away. Reviewer no. 12 Okay, so I have an addiction... I know I need to break it, but it's oh-so-good and the staff is super duper! I get an Americano (black coffee) add cream and sweet-n-low and it's only $2.75 and about 50 calories. I can get my kiddo a not-so-hot chocolate and my dog a treat (FREE, YAY!), too! Great coffee and friendly staff. That being said on occasion you can plan to wait a bit. They seem to be busy at all times of the day. I guess it's a testament to the quality of coffee. If you're really in a rush go to the walk up window. You can usually get your coffee much faster than the long drive thru. Don't go to this location if you need a quick cup of coffee. We arrived at 6:21 am on March 8th and were behind two cars. It took six minutes to get the first car out. The attendant (scruffy face backward hat guy) took what looked like a quart of milk from the second car. Then began to chat for a few minutes. We could hear another employee on the back enclosed area talking on the phone. The attendant never stopped chatting with the driver and waited to take his money when the coffee was ready. We waited eleven minutes total to get to the window. We observed the employee that was on the phone go back into the shop to work. This location doesn't care about costumer service. They have a constant supply of people and could care less if you have a good experience. It's great to say hello and ask how's you morning but don't stand and chat for eleven minutes and not move the line along. Fire the crew and start over. read more

The Brown haired girl that was working tonight was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I have already had a girl ignore me for her phone at this stand. But tonight takes the cake. I asked for a strawberry green apple rebel, to which she replied "we don't have green apple" and stares at me. Then I ask for a bluerazz pomegranate rebel instead, she repeats blueberry coconut back to me, I correct her but she made it wrong anyways. (Was disgusting) and I also asked for a passion fruit pomegranate green tea. And she starts to hand me a green tea rebel. Instead of remaking it, she argued that I asked for a rebel. (This is my regular drink from Dutch, I do not like rebels, so I can promise I did not!) I ended up just grabbing it from her and telling her i'd go to another stand to have it fixed. There was also a blonde girl working tonight, she was very sweet and apologized for not having the flavors we asked for. I have worked in customer service/ food service (mostly coffee) for years and I would NEVER treat a customer with such attitude and complete disrespect. First off just have to say I love Dutch! Normally the coffee is great and the employees are kind. They are willing to make everyone feel like they are important even if it's just a minute or two a day. For the past few weeks every time I have been to this location I am disappointed. I don't mean to be that person that posts a review on yelp but something needs to change. My coffee never tastes like it supposed to.
