First time stopping at the Moses Lake location. This is a somewhat tricky location to get in to. We turned in off Stratford only to face a line going behind the Walgreens. So, I went past them, turned around and got in line. After waiting for around 10-15 minutes or so, the car ahead of me was finally able to turn into the actual drive area for Dutch Bros. As I was slowly following, a car swung in off Stratford, cut me off, and almost hit my car. It was obvious these rude selfish people (Oregon license plate) knew exactly what they were doing! I laid on my horn but of course they didn't care. I'm embarrassed to say that I got out of my car, walked up to the window and yelled at them that there was a line ("you idiot "), however, I did not use profanity (wanted to!!!). Ironically, there weren't even any cars behind me! They pulled on ahead but the young lady taking orders walked right past them & came to my window. I apologized to her for making a scene. She said not to worry, that she saw what they did and that's why she didn't stop to get their order. When the Oregon idiots got to the window, there was a bit of a conversation with one of the employees, resulting in them being refused service, and they drove off having wasted their time for absolutely nothing. Apparently, this is a reoccurring problem. I applaud Dutch Bros for having a procedure in place to deal with this selfish & dangerous behavior!!! BTW, we thoroughly enjoyed our order of perfectly executed drinks!!! read more

I went in and ordered a dragon slayer blended rebel. I have ordered this drink several, several times in other locations. However, in this specific location, it looked completely different. I told the barista that my drink did not appear to be the accurate drink she had an attitude said she could re-make it. She did remake the drink, however continue to have an attitude when I told her once again it didn't look like the drink, and I showed her a picture of what it's supposed to look like on the app. She turned to another worker and said you deal with her they were both very rude and very confrontational. read more

Just ordered two drinks. One lemonade is so dang syrupy that I had to cut it with sprite to make palatable. I ordered lite ice with it and instead of filling it with lemonade the rest of the way, it was just down the cup 1.5". Also, same ordered, left off the extra boba and the float(put the float in the other drink making a not so pleasant mix). They were rushing and busy and not paying attention to accuracy. I just picked up a pumpkin caramel coffee, hot to compare with Starbucks and I have to say they are not equally good. This is may be my sixth or seventh time at the Dutch Bros always different location. There is one huge problem which I am certain of right now which will cause for me to discontinue ordering hot drinks at Dutch Bros. The temperature of your beverage is always warm. It's never really hot at Starbucks when you get your coffee. It's the way it should be really hot latte or any type of beverage. This is such a dealbreaker, especially at a price point. What I just paid over six dollars for a medium beverage, such a shame because flavor is good, but can I drink warm coffee think about that? read more

This place is absolutely awful! We visited 3 times this weekend while visiting the sand dunes. They screwed up our order every single time. First time I asked for a quad shot, white coffee, white chocolate mocha 16 oz, they gave me a 12 oz Americano that had zero white chocolate. It was bland and watered down, no extra shots. Asked for the same drink twice on Saturday got the same 12 oz bland water down americano, no extra shots. Sunday asked for the same drink and they finally got the drink right but forgot the extra two shots and again gave me a 12 oz instead of a 16 oz. You need to work on quality control with your employees. 5 people working and not one of them could get our drinks right. This is aggravating coffee isn't cheap and I don't like paying for expensive drinks and you getting it wrong. read more

Great coffee if you're willing to wait in line for 20 minutes. I was looking for coffee and a breakfast item and went here only to find out at the window that all they have are muffin tops. I've been to other locations before and thought they had a little more variety of food items but maybe I'm mistaken. This location only has one drive up window and one walk up and even though there was someone taking orders ahead in the line the wait is very long. Drove up to Moses lake from Tacoma and we were curiosa to see what they serve here since it's not common from where we from. We came in the perfect timing where it wasn't busy. Their was a lady taking our order through the drive thru which helped with quickness. We ordered the jumbo caramel freeze ($7) which was huge and yummy. The crew was friendly and upbeat. Been to this Dutch bros about 4 times, and every one of those times... my drinks were not right. And pretty much everyone else in lines drink wasn't right either. Not sure if they don't know what they are doing or what. Today we ordered a starry night rebel and we had to repeat our order to them about 10 times...and they still got it wrong. We got our drink and it wasn't the right one, then we got it again and still wasn't right and finally when we received it... it tasted awful. They just poured so much syrup in it. The customer service wasn't good either, the ladies just didn't seem too organized. Plus we waited about 30 minutes for 2 drinks and even with ordering, that alone took about 10 minutes. This place clearly doesn't have any training regarding customer service. Nor do they understand the concept of, nobody wants to sit in line for 20 minutes watching them dance and blaring music coming from inside. Meanwhile, no drinks are being made. There could be 4 people inside and one person making drinks. You literally could order your drink, drive to Starbucks, get your drink and return back behind the car you left...that's how slow these people are. I see a few reply's saying the local manager will be made aware. They already know!!! They are probably the problem!!! My favorite Dutch Bros! I live in Oakland and the closest Dutch Bros is 40 miles away so I love when I come home and it only takes me 5 minutes to get there. Even when there are 7 cars in line they always take the time to chat with you and don't make you feel rushed. Moses Lake has the best employees who remember me even when it's been 6 months in between visits. Everyone who works there is friendly and makes my coffee going exercise great. We were visiting family and stopped by this location in the way back to Seattle to grab some drinks. The staff was nice and youthful. The drinks were good for sure. Everything was delicious and made correctly. We ordered Italian sodas, smoothies, and iced coffees. I just wished I still had my hearing. The music was so loud it was unbearable. I am young and I can handle club music but oh my goodness. I couldn't hear my server or even my sister next to me. Next time I come I will bring ear plugs. Or just not come at all. read more

We are not locals but every time we passed by this joint we could not believe the long lines even late in the day. A coworker who goes to a different location said I have to give it a try. Way better than Starbucks! So we did... My hubby and I could not believe how much attention we got. I simply said it's my first time here and I would like a recommendation. She was beyond helpful and over the top friendly. The gal at the pick up window filled up the stamp card and said it's for us first timers and thanked us for trying them out. She took the time to chit chat with us. We were so pleased with the amazing service and awesome s'mores white hot/iced coffee drink!! It was smooth and not overly sweet like most places. I think they had to redo mine cuz I couldn't have whip cream but they didn't give me any attitude at all for modifying my drink order at the last minute. My hubby and I were so pleased we went to Walgreens to get cash back so I can drive back, wait in line, just to drop off the $5 tip. My 32 ounce iced s'mores was only $5! Just went and it happened again!!! I didn't realize I was given different size drinks until I was on Broadway. I whipped around and went up to the window. Again the music was blaring that the guy could barely hear me explain that I was given two different size drinks. Someone screamed from the back "What did you order!" . I said my order and they handed me the drink I was supposed to get. Then I heard " He came back!" . Not sure what the big deal about Dutch bros coffee. First time coming in and the barista was super nice. The coffee on the other hand was so-so. I spent $16 on a Americano (since they didn't have and drop coffee) and one of their vanilla/caramel iced drinks. My vanilla drink was very sweet and the Americano is not too bad. Crazy as it sounds, Starbucks was much cheaper for similar drinks. read more

Not good.. this was my first experience at Dutch Bros and my drink was wrong and unfortunately disgusting. I ordered a 16 and a 24 cookie with white coffee half sweet with coconut milk. As a barista, I know this sounds like a lot, but when it's your job it's really not. I received 2 16oz drinks in 24oz cups with extra ice...? I repeated it 3 times to clarify just to make sure she got is and then she didn't repeat my order back to me when she took it or when she handed me my drinks. So I didn't know my drink was wrong until I was drinking it. The line was too long to go back and fix it so I suffered through ): please push for better communication with customers. read more

I was quite disappointed with the service we received this morning. We don't have Dutch Bros near our home, but have heard how good it is. A gentleman came out to our vehicle to take our orders as we were 3rd or 4th in line. Ordered 2 24oz hot mochas. When we arrived to the window we were handed 16 oz cups. Stated that we ordered 24oz drinks. The woman rolled her eyes and informed us that you don't make hot drinks that large only cold. Never being there before and ordering before we arrived to the menu made it quite difficult to know, and then the reaction of the woman was uncalled for. I will say that our coffee was very good. This is a typical Dutch Bros. Loud, hyped, and exciting. The main drawback I noticed is there is only one drive through window... this is a first for me. Every Dutch bros I've been to has two drive through windows, so unfortunately without the second the line was a bit long. I will typically get a Christmas morning with the works, even in the middle of the summer lol. It's a chia tea with cream and cinnamon, whipped cream with cinnamon on top. Be sure to check out their secret menu because there are lots of goodies there also. If you are health conscious, they will make almost any drink sugar free or fat free... just ask! Still my favorite coffee shop in town, but you may as well go to Starbucks as slow as they are these days. When they opened, they would get through 8-10 cars in less than 10 minutes. These days, it'll take you that to get to the front of a 3-4 car line. I have waited for half an hour for my coffee when they are exceptionally busy. On top of that, they take orders way back in line, so if you don't want your "regular" or you want to see the specials first, you're SOL if the person taking orders can't remember them off the top of their head (which most of the time, they can't). While they used to be there regularly, I haven't seen the owners there in quite some time, which I'm sure has a lot to do with the declining service. Coffee is still good, but we have given up our 2x daily Dutch Bros habit due to their declining service in the last year or so. Now we're there only a couple times a month. Not worth our time to leave the house an extra 20 mins earlier than normal on our way to work and it's no longer convenient to swing by on our way through town while running errands, etc. read more

By far the worst dutch bros experience I've ever had. Right from the start the barista seemed annoyed and abrupt with me when she should've been friendly. This place, with its various locations, - is my favorite for getting coffee. They're staffed by young people who are always friendly & quick with your order. I particularly like their mochas. Any excuse for an adult to drink chocolate milk is fine by me ! They use their own chocolate milk for them. Delicious ! Ive had mochas where you could barely taste the chocolate and others that were too overwhelmingly sweet from excessive syrup. But,that's never an issue at Dutch Bros. Perfect every time.
