i used to be a Die hard Starbucks fan but shut my mouth and show me the way to DUTCH BROTHERS!!! Even if there is a line The BROS know how to move it....move it. I have never been disappointed by the service or tastes. My favorite locations include Nampa on 12th Av, the one by the Idaho Center & I-84 and the one on the Blvd coming back from Caldwell. Dutch Bros rock! I also received a random DB giftcard tucked under my windshield wipers one day just for having a DB sticker on my car window. Went to get my team some drinks and they were able to get it out perfectly and fast! These guys were fun and nice and made sure i was all good before i left. the only thing for me is the caramel drizzle i asked for wasnt around the cup as expected, but maybe i need to make sure and ask. My favorite location in the Treasure Valley. Friendly staff, quick service, great drinks, and close to home! Only reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the blended caramelizer (my go-to drink) was very watered down on a few occasions and the flavor hasn't been consistent with the sizes. When I get a small or a medium it has a nice sweet caramel flavor but when I get a large it has a bitter taste. Happened to me twice in the past 3 months. Not fun when using up a free stamp card. This is NOT for the employees, who are awesome btw. This is for the parking situation at this location. As anybody who has tried to park, and then leave from this location knows, if it's during a busy time of day, forget it. Whoever designed the lot layout must have been high because if it's busy you CANNOT leave once you park. Not everyone is a drone that just drives thru n gets their coffee. Some people like to sit and use the WiFi and enjoy their drink. That's why there are benches and free wifi, but unless you park elsewhere, you're outta luck. This is not the only location that has a problem like this. Numerous other locations have similar problems. Maybe corporate outta find someone who actually has a brain to design their parking lots for em. FAIL read more

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I'm used to mediocre experiences. These girls went out of their way to be very polite and accommodation to my picky coffee style. Dutch Bros coffee is not on the "sweet side". I find it rich and robust, better than Starbux. The girl that made my Americano today actually made it with less than full water, just like I requested!
