I have never been to Dutch Bros. In line a guy was taking orders with a tablet. I started order "I'd like two large drip coffees, dark roast, both with half n half. He said "what do you mean dark roast"? I said "you know, dark vs medium roast". He said "you mean an americano", I said "no, regular coffee with cream.". He replied "We can do a Breve or Americano." After going in circles I finally said "so you don't have drip coffee?". He said yeah. So I orders two Breves. He apologized for the confusion as he charged me $5+ for my order. I drove to the window for pick up and the barista said "one Breve". I said, "I ordered two". So she charged me for the second. To sum it up: The guy with the tablet was so confusing. All he had to say was we have espresso drinks only, no drip. I couldn't see the menu because he was taking orders down the line on his tablet. What started out thinking I'd have $6 in drip coffee was $12. Plus it was not strong, so I suppose I should have ordered double shots. They were both kind, that deserve the stars. read more

It is a Dutch Bros. There are many like it, but this one is ours. Reasonably fast and efficient and the drinks you expect. The parking lot is tiny, so watch out for the idiots in BMW's who think they can cut you off because their car is more expensive than yours. read more

Dutch Bros is by far the best place to get coffee. Almost every time I go there, the employees are bubbly and energetic, which is almost as contagious as a yawn. The drinks are fantastic, and there's enough variety that I, even after a few years, am still finding new flavors I like. Of course not every experience is perfect, but the good ones outweigh the unpleasant enough that I can't even remember one bad one. The combination of atmosphere, quality, and competitive pricing makes Dutch Bros the only choice as far as I'm concerned. read more

While we've only been to two Dutch Bros locations thus far, the service at both has been excellent. But I was most impressed by the employees at this location, in particular because they went over and above to help us out when we pulled up in our new camper van. We weren't sure if we could clear the awning. As we got closer, one of the employees climbed out of the order window in order to get a better look from above and told us we wouldn't clear it. Then, as it became clear that I was having trouble backing out of the line, he came out and directed me!! And then when we were all pulled out, another employee was standing waiting with our drinks ready. This particular employee complimented our van. Said she dreams of having one and then completely changed her statement to "I'm getting one! I'm manifesting it!" When someone talks to me about manifesting, I know she's tapped in so good for her!! This was an outstanding experience that we had at this Dutch bros location. And of course, the drinks were good too. read more

I honestly like Dutch bros they have amazing drinks and I come to the Ontario location weekly! But with the new people they have hired, they are making me reconsider with how some treat customers. On multiple occasions I have had an issue with a women named Isabel. I assumed she could be having a bad day, which still doesn't justify her rudeness, but I have given her the benefit of the doubt multiple times. She does not represent Dutch bros the way many other people do with their excellence customer service and politeness. Anytime I see Isabel will be the one taking my order I reconsider my visit because she changes the whole environment by not using common customer service skills like thank you, have a good day, WOULD YOU LIKE ANY STRAWS? She simply just walks away and there's been times where I have left a tip, and makes me regret because that doesn't even motivate her to use the bare minimum of customer service skills. most recent interaction I said no to the tip this time she just walked away again said nothing. Then she gets us our drinks and I go to ask for straws and she walks away and doesn't look back. I thought at first she was out of straws and was going to get them but after waiting a minute or two she never came back and another lady had to ask if we wanted straws. So again dutch is a wonderful place to get your coffee or rebels but when your treated like that from the same person multiple times it makes me want to go to a different location. I can expect this from other fast food places around town like McDonald's or Burger King, but not from a Dutch Bros employee. read more

I have never tried Dutch Bro's so decided it was time to expand my coffee palette. I had their 24oz blended mocha with soy and it tasted like blended chocolate milk. For a 24oz it was light on the espresso and I wish it would've been more impressive for me but it wasn't. It is what it is and now I can go forth and prosper with other coffee establishments. Drinks ok. We are used to Dutch KC where drinks are amazing and service is too. This took us 1/2 hr to get drinks. We thought as slow as it was there were probably only a couple people working but there were at least 8 inside and two out. One who took our order outside was friendly. read more

Dutch Bros. serves coffee for people who don't like coffee, and for people who do. But mostly, it's really sweet and heavily diluted with cream. They're generally known for their unmatched friendliness and energy, but I can't say they live up to that standard anymore. The prices are hard to beat, and some of the specialty coffee drinks are good. If you like red bull, their version (rebel) is just as good. The tea is okay but always on the weak side. A big draw for their tea and rebel, however, is that adding flavor is always free. However, you do get what you pay for, and that is usually overly-sweet coffee drinks. read more
