Incredibly poor service. I'm riding a motorcycle (coming home to Tennessee from Alaska). I walk into the open door lobby and order a large latte and muffin ($9.95) I don't have a car and it's a cool day so I can't can sit outside.I put my latte on top of a cooler since there's no other place to sit. The manager says "You can't be in here!. You have to be outside " What??? I have been in 30 coffee shops since leaving home. None of them had such poor customer service. They knew I didn't do drive through. I told them that I wanted the coffee for here,meaning I was going to drink it there If they didn't want me inside,why did they have the door open??? I got one sip of my coffee and walked out.A very very dissatisfied customer! I don't recommend this place to anyone. You never know what kind of wacko rules the manager will have next!. I have a rule that I live by for Yelp, unless it is blatantly horrible, I never judge a place off one drink. That said, reviews should be done honestly for both the reviewers and the business. My coffee taste buds are pretty easily satisfied but there is one thing that can devastate my daily caffeine experience and that is burnt beans. It's pretty hard to mess up a vanilla latte but that burnt taste is a sure fire way to do it. Unfortunately, that was my experience at Sorbenots. That said, if I lived here, their customer service would give me a reason to come back and try it again. The barista was extremely helpful and friendly and that's always a big deal to me. Plus, I was impressed with their 32 ounce cup. That's a lot it caffeine! I was bummed with the burnt tasting drink but a personable staff will cause me to never give any less than three starts from me. Customer service for the win! read more

We tried to support our local small business coffee cafe and it failed miserably. Drove up to this cafe only to find a very long line, so decided to go inside to order. Waited about 3-5 minutes to be waited on. The girl who was making the drinks was busy and finally acknowledged me. Two other young ladies walked out and asked her if they could help. She asked they take my order but she said loud enough for me to hear "I'm the only one making the drinks so she'll be last." So even though there were 2 other capable workers offering to help she wasn't having it. No matter what this place of business's policy is how they serve their customers, making us wait unnecessarily seems a poor business practice. So, finally got my lukewarm tea for my mom about 25 minutes after I had walked in. This place is not worth the drive into Ontario. I'm not a fan of their competition, but this small business makes it worth wanting to support them. Decide wisely how you spend your time and money. For me, they were an epic fail. read more

The coffee was pretty good, not the best but after 3 hours of driving and another 2 to go it was more for energy than taste. The service was incredibly poor, solo road trip so really hoping for a genuine or even talkative barista. The two girls working made fun of me through the window and I heard them criticizing my drink choice. Maybe don't talk about your customers through an open window. What a great local coffee shop. (Wait.... my Wife just noticed one of her Zoomba friends is here. They look happy to see each other.) Super cute place. Plenty of seating inside and out. They even have a Drive Through Window. There is also a couple parking spots in the back but no Street Parking as they are on the corner but just a little bit away you could street park. I don't think that's a concern Sorbenots doesn't get that busy. Most people are on the go. They have daily specials and some tasty treats. Our Party Of 4 got better than average service and above the rim with yummy drinks. This is our local coffee shop,literally just down the street. The employees have always been awesome. Sorbenots used to be my favorite coffee shop in the area, but they have gone dramatically downhill over this last year. I ordered oatmeal and lukewarm water is filled to the top, so my oatmeal is not cooked and it's drowning. I also ordered a 24 oz tea, paid for 2 bags when specific asked how many I wanted, and my lukewarm water was only given one tea bag. Today they literally couldn't do anything right. I want my money, including tip, back. So disappointing. read more
