Their photo actually looks fruitful and peach colored.

If you're looking for a drink that is 25-50% ice chunks then you've found your place! It's amazing at $12 that they can't just use whole fruit (considering most fruit is like 50% water). It tastes like someone is yelling about their favorite fruits in another room while I sip on protein powdered flavored ice water. I would rate this well below Orange Julius or Jamba Juice, which is underwhelming considering they charge less.

Today my daughter & I went to check out this little gem in Boise. New little shop. You can get smoothies to fruit bowls. My daughter loved her High Tide bowl - sweet & tart. My peach cobbler was super yummy!!

Wow...Rush Bowls' "High Tide Bowl" was fantastic! The first thing that drew me to this bowl was the vibrant, blue color which comes from the blue spirulina. Ingredients also included pineapple, peach, froyo, and pineapple juice. Finally, it's topped with blueberries and coconut shavings (I also added a drizzle of honey over my bowl). Above all, I could taste the pineapple the most! The interior is very colorful brightly painted walls and photographs on one side. Smoothies start at $7.99 and bowls start at $9.99, increasing as ingredients are added or substituted. Definitely would recommend Rush Bowls even in the winter if you're in the mood for a chilled, fruity treat with healthy options. I'll be coming back again! Thank you, Rush Bowls! :)

Got this beautiful creation called beach bowl. Sooo good...

Beach bowl is so good. Must try others to check out which will be my fave. This place also have pups bowl. Had to get that for our pups and they loved it. For sure coming back here again.

Went there for breakfast and it was pretty yummy! I got the PB & J bowl which has their daily house made peanut butter. The place was clean and cute and the employees were friendly and explained the menu to me. I'll be back!

Perfect meal/snack to grab after a morning hike! I would highly suggest you grab an açaí bowl of your choice

Tell me why the lady making my smoothie licked the utensil after using it? I am honestly grossed out and will not be coming again.

Have you ever returned to a restaurant and think to yourself, "Why in the world have I not come…read moreback here sooner." That is the thought I had when we sat down at Moe Joe's. This place is phenomenal and seriously one of the best breakfast places in all of Idaho. I hesitate to say that because there can definitely be a wait because of its popularity, but facts are facts. My wife and I went to Moe Joe's for breakfast recently and man was it good. I ordered the chicken fried steak and was stunned at the amount of food. Where to start. The steak was incredibly tender and enormous. The homemade biscuit was flaky and perfectly baked. The sausage gravy was meaty and flavorful. And the crispy hashbrowns seemed to cover half the plate. Then there are the house-made jellies. Who does that and how can I get more! The service was prompt and friendly with a great wait staff that made everything easy. The vibe of the restaurant is "friendly neighborhood spot" and feels like home. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. These folks know how to do breakfast right and I cannot wait to go back.

Our server Audrey, deserves a medal -- total sweetheart, total pro, and unfazed by a swarm of kids. I went for the salted caramel banana bread French toast, and wow. Thought it wouldn't fill me up, but it absolutely did... plus I sampled half the table because everything looked too good not to. Marlene's Loaded Idaho Potato Nachos? Spicy, bold, and ridiculously tasty. Coffee? Strong and smooth. The prices were so low I thought they misprinted the menu, and then the portions came out and confirmed we'd officially scored. Of course it's our last day in Idaho and we finally find the best breakfast spot.

And after finding out that Blue Bench Brunchette and Biscuits and Hogs were all affiliated, I made a point not to spend a dime at any of those businesses. I recently found out that Blue Bench is under new management. Knowing that this joint has new owners, I was totally down to give it a shot. New management means new expectations and service. I was done doing labs at the hospital. I told my husband let's go get breakfast and we made our way in. I love love love how darling this venue is. It's bright, fun and girly. I adore the decor. It's a smaller venue so the space is cute and dainty. Even though it's a smaller venue, tables and booths are nicely spaced out. You're not on top of each order. I can imagine this place being crazy on the weekends so I'm happy we decided to try this place out on a Monday. It was chill. Our server got some coffee and apple juice started for us while we looked over the menu. Everything looked so good! For brunch my husband got the Brunch trio. He picked cinnamon roll French toast, a cinnamon roll and some eggs. I got the sunrise sampler with cinnamon roll French toast. I had to try a little bit of everything. I also snagged a side of country gravy for my potatoes. Food came out really fast and it all looked fantastic! The cinnamon roll French toast was so fragrant. My husband's cinnamon roll looked divine. And the sunrise sampler was all about business! It was hearty! If you ever eat here, the cinnamon roll French toast is a must! It's crispy on the outside topped with butter and cinnamon sugar dust. The inside is soft and warm. Killer good! I did take a bite of my husband's cinnamon roll. It was mehhh. But I think if it was served warm, it would have been that much better. It was cold, dry and stiff. The bacon and sausage on my plate were cooked perfectly! My eggs were great and the potatoes were tasty! I do wish that the country gravy was not lumpy. I couldn't get over the lumps in the gravy from it sitting. I had about a couple spoons of it and couldn't eat it. It looked esthetically displeasing. Breakfast was good. Aspen did a decent job taking care of us. The venue is super charming. But the cinnamon roll was cold and honestly tasted like it wasn't freshly baked. The country gravy was lumpy and not very hot. It sucked to pay for a side of it and not enjoy it. Overall our visit was great. I don't know when we will be back but the cinnamon roll French toast will be a must have the next time we come in.

I came here for a late lunch around 2 pm after arriving in Boise. They weren't crowded at this point but business wasn't dead either. My waitress was very friendly. Inside has a lived-in, intimate feel, but it was pretty dark, so much that I wasn't sure they were actually open as I was opening the door. I had the French dip sandwich with a side of tomato basil soup. The sandwich was delicious and tasted homemade in the best way. The "meat" of the sandwich was seitan. I don't THINK it was a perfect meat replica (but I've never had a real French dip), but it was very flavourful. I loved the flavour and the thick cut of their bread, but it didn't have much structure and fell apart easily as I was eating which made the sandwich very messy. The tomato basil soup was a little different. It was slightly creamy but brothy and a little chunky - not a smooth puree. Again, it tasted great and was nice and light, which was a good contrast to the very rich sandwich. It was a little slow, especially considering they weren't that busy. I didn't really mind since I wasn't on a schedule, but this is something to be aware of - don't come here for a quick meal. Not cheap, but worth it for the quality.
