Well, I finally decided to try Dutch Bros in the past couple of weeks and I'm pretty sure I'm over it. The lines at this location are long and extremely slow. Ordering ahead was a nightmare because my drink was ready for 15 minutes before I actually got to the window. People try to race you to the line and I've been cut off once while in the line. It's chaos and just not for me. The drinks, while they taste just fine, are wildly expensive. Most of them are also loaded in sugar for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I ordered all zero sugar things and like I said they taste fine but they're not worth eight dollars for basically a cup of ice. So all in all, Dutch Bros has fine drinks, but they're too expensive, and not fast at all. I would rather run into the gas station to get a cup of coffee than sit in these lines. read more

Usually don't have bad experiences at Dutch Bro's in general but this drive through experience was truly something. This Dutch bros has two lanes which everyone was lining up single file into one lane, then come along two people that believe there time is more valuable then everyone else's. The worker is outside taking orders but instead of first come first serve it became far from it. Ordering a single waffle turned into a 25 minute wait with four cars originally in front of me that turned into 6. Then once I finally get to the window I'm sat there for 3 minutes for someone to hand me a pre packaged waffle. Absolutely terrible experience and extremely slow. read more

Everyone at this location is super friendly and I'm sorry I can't remember the names. I usually come in around 5:30 PM and I got the white zombie which is vanilla and white chocolate with whip cream on top and it is a lovely way to perk up and not be starving, when you have to go to a meeting! Unfortunately, there was quite a long line but that's fairly typical. Can't really speak to the ambience because you don't go inside. Lol.!! To be fair, Dutch isn't my first go to because the drinks aren't coffee enough - does that make sense? The hazelnut truffle coffee was awesome though. Bring back the amaretto! However!!!! The customer service I receive at this specific location has been consistently great. They are friendly, but not in the fake way. The outside of the store is clean. read more

After ordering with the employee at the window we pull up and can see the other two employees making our drinks. I didn't see them put the lavender flavoring I asked for but figured maybe I missed it. Upon being handed our drinks I tasted mine and immediately could tell it was missing the lavender. I mentioned it asking if the lavender was in it. The employee was rude and responded with "yea". I go I don't really taste it then, can I get another shot. The employee seemed annoyed by that request. As I was about to hand them the drink they told me with attitude "I can't do that, you can do it yourself" I was confused knowing that baristas in the past have offered to fix drinks if they thought we didn't like it. They then hand me a cup with a small pump of the lavender flavoring to put into my drink myself. Overall bad experience, probably won't be going to this location again save yourself a trip and go to the Broadway location, never messed up drinks and always have polite staff. read more

Unfortunately, this Dutch Bros can never get things right. Almost every single time we have ordered they get our order wrong. This time it was that they did not make our drinks extra sweet. This location is AWESOME, the crew was all dressed up, giving out stickers and air fresheners. The party good time vibe is super alive on Tanque Verde. Drinks were made fast, line moved fast, and everything tasted great. Will be back here again week after week, keep up the great work. read more

Hello everyone I just tried this new location and it's a little tricky navigating into the start area to order. If you are traveling west on Tanque Verde slow down as you cross the wash bridge it's right after. If you are traveling south on Grant Rd you will have to do a U-Turn at the Tanque Verde light by McDonalds than turn into Chick-Fil-A parking lot and travel past it. So my husband and I came here around 10:00 am with the drive-thru line mildly busy. This is our first time trying this place as we are from Cali. We were helped by Noah and he was super helpful. He made our first experience great. We gave him the question of, "What's good here?" and he gave us a run-through of what is good here based on our typical drinks we order. He gave us options on what we can do to our drinks and was so eager to help us get drinks that would be super good for us. He suggested the Cinnamon Swirl Oatmilk Latte and the Golden Eagle and they were freaking delicious. I also want to comment that Noah and his fellow coworkers have amazing energy in the morning.
