Coffee, service, and atmosphere like a slow ride down Broadway listening to your favorite song... oh, and did someone say Organic coffee? Yep.

In store roasting

Savaya still holds to the mantra of a cool vibe location to hang out and drink fantastic, in-store roasted and expertly brewed coffee. My wife and I were in Tucson to visit family and dropped by. This place is cool, hip, and awesome. The coffee is fantastic. When I am back in Tucson, I will be back!

Savaya is for people who loooove coffee. Their menu is very in depth in terms of flavor profiles and the origin of their beans. It was a bit over my head in terms of coffee knowledge, but I can see why people love it. The barista answered all of my questions clearly, which was nice. Their 16oz drinks come with 4 shots, so you get more bang for your buck caffeine-wise for a similar price of other shops. Their beans are very high quality, and they offer a wide variety of alternative milks. The environment is cozy, it smells delicious, and the staff was very friendly!

I love their coffee beans! They have a wide selection depending on the type of roast and taste you like! Their beans come from all over the world! They're also locally roasted, so it's guaranteed to be fresh! I really appreciated Memi helping me choose which beans to get, he's very educational and informative! They're on the pricier side with a 16 oz bag being $26. This was my second time purchasing their beans and will be back!

So much to learn about coffee mixtures! They also offer some light snacks to go with your coffee!

We recently went back to work in office and my coworker found this coffee shop near our job site. We needed a pick-me-up on a Monday afternoon. I placed our order online (suggested by my coworker) and it was ready in about 20-25 minutes. When I arrived, there were only 2 customers doing their thing in the small shop. There were about 5-6 tables. The variety of flavors you can add to your latte or iced coffee drinks is vast! I ordered a large, hot latte with lavender honey flavor. It was delicious! Perfect coffee strength & not overly sweet. Great first impression! My coworker ordered a large sugar free vanilla latte and she said it was very good. They also offer ground coffee to brew at home. This is gourmet coffee and although I cannot afford to come here every day, I will be returning on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. I'm so happy to have found a new coffee shop for the new year 2022.

Turkish coffee

I visited this shop with my friend around 3PM on a Wednesday, and there maybe two other people there. The barista, I've forgotten her name, was so chill and inviting. I saw that they had a slow drip cold coffee tower that was currently brewing coffee and made a comment like, wow, you serve this? And she let me try the coffee. My friend and I had come in to try some coffee beans. When my friend was asking about the Aeropress, she was so accommodating and knowledgeable. She went ahead and ground and brewed the coffee via aeropress. We asked about the Kafette (Turkish coffee) and she let us try that as well. She didn't charge us for the coffee we sampled, just the two cups we ordered. We left feeling really impressed by the variety of coffee brewing methods they actually practiced and the extremely friendly and patient service from the barista. I would definitely come back whenever I'm back in Tucson.

Organic coffee & tea world wide

Ah, nothing like a big whiff of fresh roasted coffee beans sifting up my nostril's chimney! Ah, nothing like slurping fresh roasted coffee off a spoon, all those robust flavors and coffee gases spreading swiftly over the clusters of bulbous nerve endings on my tongue and in the lining of my mouth--ah, nothing like the taste of great aromatic coffee. Don't panic, all organic! Coffee and tea around the world. Jason (our barista) buzzed our pallet with hot and cold brew and espresso--robust, well balanced bitter, sweet and acidity. Jason rocks with coffee knowledge! So good, we left with 4 pounds of coffee beans in a shopping bag. Best Tucson coffee I have had!

Bro what is this? Idk but it's cool

I have found my spot! Savaya is a little getaway from the busy, the heat, and the would you want to escape from. Welcome to a coffee world waiting to be tasted. So many coffee choices and teas to try! From each region, your taste buds will become the passport to a new experience of flavors. The barista will take you on a journey, explaining the differences of each option. This place is art. Cozy, rustic, industrial and fresh. I ordered a raspberry latte and it warmed up my soul in preparation to sink into a velvet chair and submerge in its jazzy music playing overhead. They have pastries, cold brews, and more. Come take more than a look. Grab a book and take a seat, sip on some good coffee bro

Unfortunately, the service felt a bit cold, no one acknowledged me, and the staff didn't seem very welcoming or engaged. I ordered an iced matcha latte, which came unsweetened. No one mentioned that ahead of time or pointed out where the sweeteners were, so I had to look around for them myself. The matcha had a nice flavor, but the texture was a bit grainy, suggesting it might not be the highest quality. Also, the bathrooms are located all the way in the back, and there isn't enough signage to guide you there easily. Overall, it has a lot of charm and a great location, but the customer experience could definitely be improved.

I love the duality of having a coffee shop/bakery and bar/full dinner -- you can visit any time of day depending on what you're craving. Plus they have a cold fridge, small grocery section, and local artist goodies -- all perfect for getting a desert-themed gift or unique treat for someone. They have so many great alcoholic drink options and said they would be adding mocktails soon. I went with a 'tried but true' dirty gin martini and tried the truffle fries and chips (both gluten free). I'm super excited to come back and try their girl dinner. I also want to thank the servers, chef, and owners for being so kind to my group. We had a coloring night where we brought our coloring books and supplies and they didn't bat an eye and made us feel very welcomed especially with all our questions about their menu!

Intimidatingly small at first, but there's a good amount of seating in the back of house and on the patio so you can make do. Staff keeps things moving along too, so I can't imagine that long of a wait here. Now the food. I'm getting hungry just typing about it. Let me summarize. Not a single thing was below a 9/10. Not one. The standouts are by far the mamacita burrito. I could eat one a day. The carrot cinnamon roll pancakes are breaking my heart because they're seasonal. Please please please please make them permanent!! That is all. Come here next brunch.

They give you a number. However, you're not guaranteed seating. There's zero organization. It was stressful thinking in 100 degree weather we may have to find somewhere else to eat our food. I'm sure the food is great but the anxiety of having no where to sit was too much. We canceled our order and decided to go somewhere with guaranteed seating where we could have a nice brunch. This is not my style.
