Even their black coffee is too sweet! Go to Dutch Bros today, go to the dentist tomorrow , come out of the dentist with missing teeth. Their drive way is awful, I blinked, missed it and can't turn around because it's on a one way toad with 3/4 lanes, too close to a stop light so there's no time to get in the left lane and turn around. Nonfat large 20 oz latte was about $5.50. Pretty watery, not strong (even though it is supposed to have 4 shots). Flavor is fairly monotone but at least it's not sour. They're open until 11 pm which is nice. Service was fast and friendly. read more

I went today and the car in front of me bought mine. Which was so nice, but they gave me the wrong thing. Not even close to what I ordered. Black coffee with a flavor sugar free syrup and I got some mocha thing that was way to sweet. My biggest annoyance, I was already on my way back to Boise on my work trip and I had no coffee. I have been on this planet nearly 40 years. I have had coffee at nearly every place possible: Starbucks, coffee bean, and mom and pops. Yet, I can tell you now that Dutch Bros is the best coffee that I've ever had. Let's start with the arrival. When you either drive up or walk up you can feel the energy of the workers. They are dedicated to making you feel at home. Next up is their recipe. They use better beans than any other place that I've been to. Plus, I think that they source their own milk products. This all adds up to the best cup of coffee that I've experienced. I would almost move to Idaho just for the coffee. It's that good. Third time is the charm. This is the worst Dutch We have been too, location is difficult but we figured out how to get to it, the problem is the staff. We drive frequently through twin falls and love Dutch but the past 3 times we have been there the person taking orders outside either doesn't listen and enters our order wrong or someone inside making the drink screws it up. Once both our drinks had to be remade, then another time my husbands drink had to be remade and the worst of the times my husbands drink had to be remade 3 times, I don't see how they can afford to do this so much. This is a hipsters dream. They have like 5-8 people working at a time, and they are crammed into the little shop like sardines. At all times of day they have your typical "bro" music playing as loudly as possible so you have to yell to the cashier. There really isn't a menu as someone comes to take your order through your car window before you can even look at the thing they call their menu. The coffee is okay. Definitely not better then Java. And you pay $9.00 to $12.00 bucks for two small coffees. WAY overpriced. They just need to tone down their "hipsterness" a tad and it would be much better. Okay, I admit I went here after I went to another place in town and yes, the music here is loud and the customer service agent has a hard time hearing your order, but you are in your car, and therefore, do not have to go inside. The coffee if you want to call it that is weaker than I can ever recall coffee being. My grandmother used to say in her last years of life "I am drinking scarred water these days." Grandma, I think I found a spot you would have been okay with. Oregon has good coffee, Boyd's and Human Bean for example. Oregon has bad coffee, Stumptown (tried both their house and hair bender blends) and now this place can gladly add their name to the list of bad coffee and people who like them are out of their minds. I have gone to Dutch Bros. In three states, and I have not been disappointed with any of them. They serve the best coffee, and with such a great attitude from every single barista, you just leave there with your coffee and a smile every time! I used to be a secret shopper for Starbucks, some days doing six or more shops. I always kept my DB coffee handy, to wash that terrible chalky taste out of my mouth from Starbucks! I've been to Dutch Bros in several locations and they've been great. Fast and friendly service that starts your morning very positively. However, the Twin Falls location for some reason would rather hear their music over their customers' orders. Every time I've stopped by (great location btw) their music is so loud they have to lean almost inside my vehicle to hear me shouting. I have nothing against enjoying some music while you work, but this location needs to give a bit more focus to professionalism in the workplace. They don't chat with you like they do other locations and they're not too quick on the draw to get orders out. People have places to be. That's why it's a drive-thru format. I love Dutch Bros, but hate Twin Falls Dutch Bros. I last stopped in about a month ago and my favorite drink increased in price by 25 cents. Now, I know it seems petty to be upset over a quarter, but it was already the most expensive coffee joint in town and now I will gladly drive halfway across town or go without coffee instead. This is not a good place for coffee. I've had Dutch Bro's coffee in Boise, and it was better than this, but still not my favorite. If you're a true coffee lover, and enjoy Starbucks, then this place probably isn't for you. Dutch Bro's is what I equate to the "candy bar" type of coffee. It's made sweet so not a lot of the coffee flavor comes through. Some people prefer that. Another reason I didn't like my experience here was that it's just a drive-through. There are no options to sit down. Other reasons include no food options, a limited menu, and high traffic volume in this area. read more
