Next time I venture into the mall I'll definitely try some of their other foods. My mom didn't know what tajin or chamoy was and wasn't sure how she'd like it on fruit. I tried to explain it because I'd eaten it a lot when I lived in California briefly- she's pretty open minded so she agreed to go in and check it out. Someone called in a phone order and that was put through before my juice was started, and this was 15 minutes after ordering. I know this comes across a bit Karen, but we need to teach young employees of businesses like this how to handle busy days, when equipment breaks, etc. Nothing was communicated to any of us sitting in the shop.
