Much like a coffee shop, if you wanted a vegan milk, for example, they would let you switch. That is no longer the case. They will only let you order directly off the menu now. From a business standpoint, if that is corporate policy, I can live with that. But the customer service has really declined. It is disappointing. I used to be a regular, but the lack of product and team flexibility has turned me off for good. I may have hit a few bad weeks for team members, so I'm hoping you have a better experience if you go, but darn. No more good vegan options for me.
