My son & I visit Black Rifle Coffee Co every Wednesday while his sister is in Cheer Camp. He checks to make sure (as we're driving over) if we're going to the coffee shop that has the "vault". I had no idea what he was talking about that first time til we went back. They have round vault wheels as their handles. Made so much sense after that. He gets an apple juice and a Black Rifle cookie. I usually get the Liberty. The first time the barista told me I can lower the sweetness level and the drink was PERFECT! I forgot the past couple times and it is quite sweet. I have had the Liberty Bell both hot and cold. Either way is delicious (minus the extra sweetness - but that is my fault for not remembering to tone down the sugar). The baristas are super nice. They told me son that they can do any drink hot, iced, or blended...They also have lemonade with mix ins - he's planning to get that next time. The space is spacious. There are about 12 - 13 tables of varying seats a cozy couch area and a bar with bar stools looking out the window. There is also outside space. At 2pm on a Wednesday there are few people in there so room to spread out but also echoey for an 8 year old boy playing switch and getting a little animated. The bathrooms are one per and unisex (which helps me and I can send him into the bathroom just fine). We love Black Rifle and are so happy it's so close to cheer camp. read more

The space itself is inviting and thoughtfully designed, but what stands out even more are the people. The team here is helpful, respectful, and genuinely kind -- they've made my time in town that much better. Neal, in particular, has gone above and beyond during my visits. He always serves my coffee in a beautiful mug with a plate to complement it, a small touch that makes the experience feel intentional and elevated. This is the BEST COFFEE & PEOPLE EVER!! probably come here about every morning and enjoy seeing all the staff every morning Ella, Aubrey, and the rest are so nice and great seeing friendly faces all the time! They have great food and great coffee, I haven't had anything I don't like, I highly recommend the vanilla latte! The seating is great and there's lots of places to sit and do work, meet with clients, or just enjoy the morning! I've been ordering Black Rifle coffee for several years. Awesome flavor and so smooth. So you can imagine my joy when I was finishing up running some errands in Woodstock GA and passed by an actual BRCC (Black Rifle Coffee Company) store. I did a quick u-turn at the next light and I was there. Lol. Entering the store I was impressed at the size of the store. I counted 15 tables, a couch and a few over stuffed chairs. Wow! And all full! After ordering my Americano Carmel Macchiato and Apple Danish I took a look around at all the merchandise. Cool t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, jackets, mugs and other accessories. And don't forget about all the pre packaged ready to go coffee grounds or beans. Not being an expert at ordering these fancy detailed coffee drinks the associate seemed to sense this and with a kind and understanding smile help me through the menu. Lol. TLDR: Great coffee. Terrible coffee shop. I struggle rating this less than a 5. Coffee - 5. Service - 5. Vet Support - 5. Atmosphere - 5. But reason I go to coffee shops and spend money - 0, because you can't get anything done with this wifi. Reading reviews (and talking to a regular sitting next to me) it seems this has been a common theme for months now, it's unfortunate that management hasn't done anything about it yet. I would have rated 3 or 4 but considering how far back the wifi reviews go, there's very little excuse in this day and age. I expect this from Applebee's, not from BRCC. read more

Was in ATL visiting family and had to visit BRCC. It's become somewhat of a hobby now as we have a few in Phoenix, I've been to a couple in Texas as well. Glad they are becoming more common so I can get good coffee while traveling. This location is pretty large and has patio seating. I like the big safe vault type doors coming in, pretty cool. Also be sure and check out the bathrooms (yes, seriously). Good coffee, good service, good company. Feel good about who you buy your coffee from, give these guys a shot. Cheers! read more

Took my husband here for Veteran's s Day and the overall experience did not disappoint. I've only ever been to the Savannah location, so to say I was excited is an understatement. Husband and I both got frozen coffees and 2 breakfast items. Food was absolutely outstanding and drinks were delicious. They graciously made my husband's coffee for free, as he is an active duty service member. The overall ambiance was fun and enjoyable. Very tasteful atmosphere with lots of merch! Hubs and I visited after running a few errands. We ordered through the drive-thru. The woman assisting us seemed to be annoyed with taking our order, but everyone has their days so we let it go. We ordered a dirty chai latte with oat milk - which hubs said was delicious. I am still off caffeine so I did not taste it, but it smelled amazing! The breakfast burrito grenade was amazing. Would totally return for this. It was nice and hot, had crunchy veggies in there, lots of cheese, eggs, and sausage. It really was delightful and I typically don't even like breakfast sausage. I want to say this was a diced hard boiled egg which worked so incredibly well. Loved it! I ordered the breakfast bagel which was really sad. So we ended up sharing the burrito. The bagel was stale and this was just not delicious at all. It was a very basic breakfast sandwich and none of the ingredients themselves elevated it. When you have such a plain sandwich, every single element needs to be amazing and this one just didn't fit the bill. I would skip this next time. We also ordered wraps for lunch and I wish we hadn't. They were both actually terrible. We tried two different ones and we suffered through them both. Both wraps were SO incredibly dry. The chicken caesar wrap had a little chicken, lettuce, and a TON of pre-shredded cheese which is coated with anti-caking agents. We were given a packet of caesar dressing to accompany it. It was a pretty terrible wrap for around $8 if I recall correctly. The other we bought was the spicy one. It was in a different flavored dry wrap, with a packet of dressing on the side. Was pretty crummy for the same reason as the other. Hubs loved his coffee and the breakfast burrito was great. Also love to support our vets so we would be back just for drinks and burritos knowing we are supporting a great cause. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend the wraps or the bagel sandwich, and leave my hope for service with at home. read more

Nevermind the politics, the coffee is good. I'm a fan of this location since Copper Coin closed in down. They have a selection of breakfast sandwiches and wraps. The staff is great. Love the merch and theming. It's becoming a regular spot of mine. My only two complaints are: 1. They need more plugs for people to plug their laptops in... if the want to cater to that crowd. And they should. 2. Their Wifi is janky. I'm on a relatively new MacBook Pro (2021) and it was unable to connect. And neither I or my colleague was able to connect via our iPhone either. Finally a great coffee place!!! We've been waiting for it! We love that BFCC is veteran owned, operated and they give discounts to first responders and veterans! The employees were nice and helpful! The place was clean and well organized. This is a no frills shop because it's a no frills company. You come for coffee! This is a place for real coffee drinkers. Simple, delicious and not complicated. They do have dairy alternatives and a few other drinks. They also do great with big orders and box coffee for events. The coffee is delicious even days later. On Saturday afternoon, we drive from Kennesaw to Woodstock to visit Black Rifle. We were looking to buy some coffee beans, hoping to try some coffees then decide what to purchase. Upon entering, we noticed that the shelves in the merchandise section where obviously coffee should have been were basically empty. At the counter, we explained our mission. The girls who were working the counter said that they really only had one flavor of beans available to sell, and that there was no way to try their different coffees because none was made up. We ended up buying one hot coffee of whatever was on offer and I got an iced coffee. The creamer was empty; my husband tried to tell one of the employees, and she paid no attention. My husband did not finish his hot coffee. We actually liked the flavor of my iced coffee, but again, no beans to buy. The basic coffees were expensive for what we ordered and service left a lot to be desired. Funny, two miles up the road at the Wal-Mart they were stocked to the gills with expensive Black Rifle Coffee. I wanted something fresher and to be able to see what I liked before I committed. First time I had Black Rifle Coffee was when I visited a friend up in Tennessee and it was great! I was a little happy that I found a business that asks about military and first responders because no business ever asks about it anymore and this company does. When I found out that they open up a shop here in Woodstock and was excited to stop by to get something yummy. Their coffees and service is really great! Their support to the troops is unbelievable and enjoy it all the time. I did get a Matcha latte and was hoping it was tasty like most places, but unfortunately it did not tingle my taste buds. ={ It was just plain matcha powder and milk which matcha lattes are suppose to have some flavor to it and have some sort of cream. But besides the taste, the service was great, simple, and easy! Even though its just one drink, it doesn't set the tone for the rest of them because, like I said, their coffee options are great! If you are wanting to park there, it will be a little tight because they have limited parking in a small complex, but they also have a drive through as well so you can grab and go. Love their coffee and was traveling through and stopped in. Never been to an actual location. Always bought their coffee at the store. Cool place, weird location. 3 employees working, no one greeted ya and they only had 2 customers there at the time we got there. We stood there waiting to order. No one said a thing to us. I finally had to ask what is going on as they just looked at us and talked among themselves. No one said a thing still. One of the employees told the person at the register to just start taking orders and give coffee away because their register wasn't working apparently. The person at the register just stood there staring at the screen and still said nothing to us. Then a guy walked in and right away, they offered him his usual coffee.
