They also have delicious looking pastries! I wasn't sure what to order and the owner, Andreas, took the time to describe some of their signature drinks to me. I decided to get a medium Hot Café De Olla Latte, which is described as the perfect blend of espresso, piloncillo, cinnamon and oat milk. It was smooth, creamy and divine! I also ordered a cinnamon twist, and it was absolutely delicious! The interior is rather large, with a coffee bar and tables throughout. Seems like a great place to study or hang out with friends. Another great thing about this place is that they open early, like 6:30am on weekdays. Many of the other local coffee shops open later. The only drawback is the parking sitch. It seemed that many of the spots nearby were reserved for specific businesses. I didn't find any specifically for Thrst, so I had to park down the street and walk a little ways. Tip: their donut holes are huge and sold by the piece. You can order one of each flavor or all of the same. A good move if you're wanting something smaller or you want to try more than one.
