Never ending pasta never disappoints. It's hard to mess it up, but it's a steal of a deal! They new spicy meat sauce is 5/5. The service is friendly and prompt, keeping my pasta plates coming and even letting mix the 5 cheese and spicy meat sauce (which is also 5/5). The ambiance is clean and welcoming! It was freezing in the restaurant so I asked for hot water to warm me up not realizing that I was going to be charged $3.95 for water.... The server should have let me know as I ordered so I would have said give me hot tea instead...I ordered chicken Marsala that good & it came with mashed potato. My sis had a small order of lasagna which she thought was alright. We then ordered take out cheese cake with the strawberry gelitan on the side... didn't enjoy neither the cheese cake or strawberry gelitan ... it didn't taste good at all it didn't have a nice cream cheese flavor it was tasteless and left a greasy feeling on my lips and tongue(YUK) we also ordered the tiramisu and that wasn't that good either, the bottom layer was soaked with coffee and the cream tasted like fake cream. I expected better. Never order that again, so disappointing especially with an $8.99 price I would expect better. Don't think I will be back for a long while if ever. read more

My favorite is the salad, wife got the Shrimp Alfredo and loved it! We went for a birthday party and they were able to fit our large group and great atmosphere. We went around lunchtime, so had a little wait for service. Not sure what happened over the years but the quality of food has gone down and the amount given has decreased dramatically. I asked for soup and salad. I was given a bowl of soup that was very low and had to wait around quite sometime before I could ask for another bowl. Then when received it was again very low. I ask why were the bowls low and he couldn't explain. I mentioned I only had an hour lunch and just wanted to eat and leave. I didn't think getting a bow of soup was such a deal. I have been going to the Waco Olive Garden since I moved here in 1987. I've seen many changes and managers..sadly , the quality is not improving ...I always order Stuffed chicken Marsala. It's gone thru several reviles to be cost effective...but I order it. The last two times my food arrived cold. Manager addressed it and apologized. Me and few friends came in to this Olive Garden and we heard bad things about this restaurant but I don't care what I heard at this point. We had the best waitress, I think her name was Shae or Chaylen. She is the reason we will be back. The only thing that left a bad taste in our mouth and almost brought us to the point of saying something to the Manager was some young kid that worked there was talking bad about our waitress behind her back to our table. I don't understand why this location has such bad reviews. I came here on a Saturday and had an amazing experience. We checked in online just so we didn't have to wait at the restaurant. We were sat and our waiter came immediately. I ordered the green apple moscato sangria pitcher and it was delicious. For my soup, I always get the chicken and gnocchi. It was hot and just as good as always. My mom went with the salad which is always a staple. Soon after, our food came out. My go to is the chicken and shrimp carbonara and this time I added scallops. I had a wonderful meal here. My appetizer was absolutely delicious and filled will flavor. I've never been to a Olive Garden with such presentation and taste! My entree was beautiful too! But the course I loved most was the appetizer. I asked the waitress who made it and she said a young man named Jacob in the back kitchen. If I could give 0 stars I would! Went in Sunday afternoon at 3 and got soup and salad with a party of 7. Hardly any people there but we were there for 2 hours. 2 days later I get an alert from my Credit card company with an unusually high tip, and realized the waiter added more money then we originally tipped. Barely wanted to tip anything since he was slow. Talked to the other parties and he did the same thing to their tips. Had to get a new credit card and call OG mgmt. and explain what happened and of course we had to wait for them to to their research, and all they did was refund the tip and that was it!!! Beware if you go here obviously they don't have guidelines in place to prevent waiter from putting in whatever tip they want. Thought mgmt would have at least given a voucher for all the trouble. The manager checks on us but doesn't offer any type of compensation for a BUG BEING IN OUR FOOD. Finally get a new salad, and our food is already coming out. I saw the face of God as soon as I walked into this Olive Garden. Immediately greeted by an outstanding employee, the custom Italian brass doors swung wide open and m'lady and I were immediately sat. Hints of Parmesan and extra virgin olive oil paraded through the dining room, as we sat in a booth with Tuscan-style pleather. Our waiter, a man of his word, brought fresh breadsticks, salad and soup as we let the sound of traditional Roman folk music fill our ears. As we enjoyed our appetizers, we each ordered handmade pastas, and received them within minutes. Hints of the Amalfi coast were injected into the veins of this food, as it was some of the greatest Italian cuisine my taste buds have ever savored. Throughout the meal, and with each bite, I closed my eyes to envision myself on a Venetian gondola just to completely immerse myself in this out of body experience. Our server then brought the check, and to my surprise, it was remarkably inexpensive, further demonstrating the value of this institution. I was sad to leave, but left with a warmth in my heart that has kept me beating until my next rendezvous with Olive Garden. The salad was really skimpy and not as good as other Olive Gardens I've been to. The chicken Alfredo was way below average. The chicken was not good quality at all which diminished the dish. My husband had Tour of Italy and he said it was terrible and he is usually a fan and not picky at all. This location really needs to step it up. I almost opted to leave because this restaurant is not very clean. The carpet had a strong dirty odor and our table was sticky. Olive Garden has really stepped up their game recently with promotions, and as a college student, I really love the buy one take one deal where you eat one entree in the restaurant and take one to go. The staff is usually pretty aware of these deals and is also very on top of refilling water and breadsticks. They also don't judge you for taking a kid's menu and crayons either so that's pretty nice. read more
