Our windows were beyond filthy. I had tried to clean a few myself but just made a bigger mess. So Vierra and Jeremy showed up right on time with their masks and booties on and went to work. After about 1-1/2 hours they finished up and cleaned up and what a nice job. Mat showed up, gave me a price we agreed on then decided to charge me 20 percent more. I would have been happy to pay it if he hadn't said he was waving the 20 percent at the beginning of our meeting. When I questioned him he said I could take it or leave it, then walked away. I talked to his boss who unfortunately wasn't interested in resolving the problem or working with the customer. Very disappointing. During my time there we cleaned the windows of multi-million dollar mansions, single-wide mobile homes, commercial buildings, and whole colleges. There is no such thing as a window that cannot be reached with them, and you'll be amazed how much better your whole house looks with clean windows (and mirrors, lighting fixtures, etc.) I will give one warning: once you hire Dutch Touch, you'll probably become a customer for life. Didn't have any business with this service but one of their drivers stopped on the side of the road to help me and my fiance out as we ran out of gas. He kindly stopped and asked if he could help at all when he saw us pushing our truck out of the middle of the road and gave us one of the gas cans he had and said we could keep it. These guys are the real deal. My windows were a mess after we had some construction done in the backyard-dust and dirt over everything. My brother in law had just had his windows done by Dutch Touch and highly recommended them (he is a clean freak, so I trusted him). Called on a Friday and they were out Monday to give an estimate. Ended up booking an appointment ( first available was 2 1/2 weeks out - they are busy in July), but no problem. Two guys came out ( they were early, but that was ok with me), clean, matching shirts, introduced themselves-very professional. They put on booties before entering the house and explained exactly what they would do. Great job on the windows and screens. They even were able to get rid of some hard water stains left by a wayward sprinkler. Definitely will be using this company again. read more

We have used Dutch Touch for awhile now where I work. Yes I understand Redlands has water restrictions, but if there is throw up on the sidewalk or building the City has no problem letting you have it power washed. I called Dutch Touch Monday left a voice mail, no return call 2 days later. I call again to only have the lady tell me oh the City won't let us power wash. I told her it's already been aooroved per the City which she already knew from my voice mail. Then she decides to use a 2nd excuse, well we are booked 2 weeks out. Ok so why not call me back and tell me that the 1st time. Not pleased with the run around. Will not use Dutch Touch again, ever. read more
