As I was walking towards our backyard I noticed the floor was infested with pigeon poop. My husband looked up and noticed a family of 5 pigeons living under our solar! Ugh why couldn't they find a home elsewhere. Our inspector did warn us about pigeons loving solar panels too! I knew we had to bird proof and find the right company. Where 1. They removed the pigeons ethically 2. They didn't break any of our roof tiles 3. They know what they are doing! I ended up going with Jordan (J&J) because they do not kill the pigeons nor their eggs. They actually have a person who takes care of them and the adolescents pigeons. Although, the pigeons were a costly fix- I didn't want any harm done to them. Jordan provided me with pics of all the other eggs, pigeons he removed and assured me that none were harmed. Jordan is super friendly, answered all my questions and def was the right person to bird proof our solar. Because of his awesome customer service we signed up with his solar cleaning plan. Plus- it was super easy to schedule with them even after I rescheduled my appointment at the last minute due to rain (ya I know- it nervous rains in Ca). Anyways- we were scheduled for a start time between 8 to 10. My window cleaner (totally forgot his name- my bad) got to my home 830 and quickly worked the inside and outside. He removed all the screens rinsed them out and proceeded to wash the interior, exterior and tracks of each window. He was super nice and even pet my dogs who were barking their heads off. He worked alone and was done in about 5 hours. My home is a little over 3500 Sq ft. He was pretty thorough and was very good about touching up areas I asked him to re- do. In all totally satisfied. Appointment setting was easy; service was friendly and accomodating and prices were on part with the local competition. Would totally use them again.

I called Jamie up and he came out and gave me an estimate because I seen him in the Solera complex before and he came in and gave me a price which I thought was pretty reasonable to go in and completely do my entire carpet in my house and my tile throughout the house when he showed up yesterday morning, which was Tuesday and started his magic clean my tiles and carpet took him about three hours 3 1/2 hours to do the whole house and I paid them and he was on his way and he said don't go walking on it till three or four hours because we opened up the windows and we had the fans going in the house so the carpet. I came back five hours later and the carpet looked like it was brand new. I'm not exaggerating. The tile looked like it was just laid. The grout was absolutely perfect. The carpet was. I couldn't even believe that was my carpet. I don't know if he put new carpet in my house or not while I was gone, but it looked that good and he sealed my tile all the grout on my tiles, which will eliminate those issues in the future, I gotta tell you this guy knows what he's doing and make no mistake. Your carpet will look as good as new when he's done with it. I was 100% impressed with his work and from now on in the future I found my carpet cleaning guy, and if you knew what I knew about the way it looked and how he did his job you had to hire him today too price was acceptable not high not low. It's right probably lower than it should've been but this guy does tremendous work and his chemicals and application methods and work ethics are excellent.
