He (Mr Anthony) told me he would be another 30mins. I told him his company was unprofessional and I would not be using them again. He told me to F@$k off and go "suck my mother." I then had to hang up the phone as he launched off into a 'f' bomb rant in my ear. I missed my appointment and had to take my son to the hospital instead. I cannot believe that in this day and age, people act like this. This operator should not be in business if he thinks he can deal with people this way. My car had a flat this past Sunday on the brink of a snowstorm. After I was towed to a Mavis tire…read morerepair the car had to sty overnight. It was freezing cold and snow was beginning to fall. I was turned down by several Uber & taxi services. Others inflated the price to my destination because of the impending snow. When I was referred to Tri-County Transportation Group, and driver Eddie, I was quoted a more than reasonable price and my wait time for him was minimal. Eddie has a beautiful car that is extremely clean with lots of space. Eddie is extremely personable and I made sure to call him the next day to take me back to the repair shop to pick up my car. I will now go to Tri-County Transportation first whenever I need any rides. Eddie made a great impression!
