The parking lot seems in decent shape but could use a bit of paving in some areas. The other entrance/exit is at New Hackensack Road, at the north end. Be prepared when the holiday season comes.

Panera for a bite. Starbucks for a "pick me up". Bed Bath and Beyond for, you guessed it, the bathroom (and more). Old Navy will keep you warm and comfy as you walk arou8nd this outside mall. Its a large area and occupies a few buildings actually. You may find yourself driving and parking a few times. Walmart is an anchor on one end, and there is plenty of traffic for that alone. Its not the best Walmart, so skip that and go to Party City, Kohl, Gap, Burlington Coats, The Mens Warehouse, or one of the another places here. Plenty of food and drink options too. Nice shopping center with plenty of options…read more While looking for a certain business in the area, I came across this on good old Google maps and went to try some of the businesses in this shopping center. There's plenty of shopping and eating options in both the plaza and the outskirts. The shopping center is very large. There's also the Cortlandt Crossing shopping area directly across the street from here, so there is an abundance of shopping/eating options right in this area. There's too many businesses to list here - Walmart, Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Home Depot, Acme Supermarket, Applebees, Marshalls, DSW, and Michaels for starters. The parking is plentiful. Predicably, the spots closest to certain businesses are the most heavily congested, so if you don't mind walking a few extra feet, you'll find a space easily. Use caution in some areas here though - there were some terrible drivers in this lot. One almost hit me going through the stop sign (I was on foot mind you) and others had trouble navigating simplicity. So make sure you bring a little patience with you if coming here. Overall, a great shopping area with plenty of options. Worth a visit for sure.

The Mid Hudson Plaza is one of those places, where it's going to get chaotic. The main reason is…read morethe location, where it sits directly across from Marist College, drawing traffic to the popular dining stops when college is in section. In that case, be careful of students and staff who are constantly walking in the parking lot. Traffic for the most part while driving isn't too bad, despite the layout being a challenge when getting on the plaza roadway, when it's busy. In the main parking lot, there is plenty of room and space to move around, which I've had no trouble at all. The only time I've seen it fairly full is during the weekends and holidays. For the most part, I'm impressed to see everything move smoothly. With its services offered here, take caution of your surroundings.

While the Cortlandt Town Center directly across the street is much larger and has many more…read moreoptions, this smaller shopping center isn't too shabby either. The main stores here are Shoprite and Home Sense, but there is also a Verizon store, Chipotle, a cosmetic store, and a few other businesses here as well. There is also an eatery or two on the outskirts. Again, the options are less to choose from when comparing across the street, but it's nice to have options - especially with another supermarket right in the area. The parking lot is spacious and clean. If in the area, worth checking out if you're a fan of any businesses on this land.

The entrance/exit is located on Route 9 SB, and at the stoplight just south. Turn in the driveway while exiting to the right. The parking lot is small, allowing enough space to move around. Take caution of your surroundings. Many businesses have come and gone, including Bugaboo Creek Steak House (my favorite back in the day) and a CD store, Strawberries, that was there for a long time. Oh, the memories shall be cherished. On the bright side, this plaza is filled with many stores, some of which have been there for a long time.

It's still got…read moreits entrances outside, but now it's got a lot more choices I tend to use, so now I do tend to visit maybe once a month (although I've missed the last month and a half). While I've not shopped in any of the little stores between Dollar Tree and Chinese Restaurant (mentioned momentarily), I've visited the Dollar Tree and Stop and Shop locations on occasion, but here and there I stop in at the Chinese restaurant (almost right next to the S&S). The Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union bank location nearby is also addressed to this mall, although it is unattached and easiest to get to via Kessler Dr just to this malls' north, across from Farm Ln across US-9/Albany Post Rd.) However, although I've been to the drive-up, it's not an everyday occurrence that I use it now. Careful of the Dunkin Donuts and small strip mall, it's addressed to this mall in spots, but it has not the same branding as it was redone not too very long ago, and I've stepped in there more often than most of the others. I rarely see anyone who tends to manage this mall, but the parking lot isn't problematic often. People come and people go over time, and there's little in terms of trash in the parking lot, but what about all the stop&shop and confusing lanes within the parking lot there that makes many (including myself and my brother) turn in circles trying to find the quickest ways out from a given point while avoiding the median. With the traffic light at the corner now, and the traffic flow from the former Shop & Save/Hannaford/ShopRite non-existent across the street, and the cross-traffic from St Andrew Rd and even the tiny mall and Dunkin Donuts in what seems like another area of the parking lot, things seem to flow really well now...Just hope that pattern isn't going to change as soon as this review is seen.

This is one of those places where it's busy in the parking lot and pulling in and out of Vassar Road. Depending on the time of day, it can vary in how long it can take. The paving, for the most part, looks decent. There is an entrance and exit, which are one-way.
