Of course, sales and discounts will help significantly, and there is a decent amount to choose from the racks. During the weekday, it can be a challenge to find assistance compared to the weekends, typical in the retail world of course. (From the diamonds almost falling out!) And then, after a horrendous experience with their "custom" rings department, they seemed to have misplaced my own personal diamonds for MONTHS. They fail to explain that they send out any diamonds or materials to a "mystery jeweler" and will not disclose to you where it is located. We spent months fighting with them to try and get my own personal diamonds back. After everything with them we had another engagement ring made by another jeweler so we never have to deal with their poor quality again. I like Hollister better than A & F (sooo uptight & their perfume is sooo much more smelly). The store reminds me of the good times I had living in California close to the beach. (That makes coming here nostalgic in two ways.) The service today was not so great. Two women skipped the line (coming from the other side of the store) and the girl working pretended she did not see me, my husband, our baby and a stroller waiting there to check out. If it wasn't for a particular gift I was asked to purchase, I would have left and brought my business elsewhere.
