100% SCAM, BEWARE. Ya thought used car-dealers were bad, you've seen nothing yet! His ENTIRE google review section is fake(yes this high number is very common even with Google's increasingly stricter verification rules; I could do it. A.I. profile pictures I'm guessing) Had a nice chat about the service I needed, agreed to the amount and loved the price. When it went south was when I mentioned his business doesn't have anything but a yelp website so I needed a actual website or verification of the legitimacy of his business. BOY he did NOT like THAT. Immediately rejected my business and bizarrely tried to make himself a victim. Basically.....if you have ANY life experience, this is Scam 101. He walks a VERY thin line of legality to maintain his front(I'm guessing certificate + free non-legitimate business pages like this + realistic seal/stamp). No one questions the stamp or paper in general, socially speaking, so of course he isn't going to get caught. read more

Beware of this scammer named Orlando Medina from Duval Notary Services in Jacksonsville he is a scammer and google review hacker. Another Update 12/26: He realized today he deleted my review and his response to my review after my original update with all the screenshots added so I am posting it again. As well as screenshots of the review he deleted. "Again don't take my word for it and see for yourself. I had him continue to communicate in writing because I knew he would lie again and deny communication over and over. So I have proof of everything, don't take my word for it and see for yourself. Again my email is dani.flasterstein@gmail.com." I still have not received a refund and he still has not mailed me or sent me the apostille for my 1 document proof of pension. I asked him if a friend in the USA could pick it up or if he could mail it to him and he won't even respond to that. He took my $125 and provided me no service. I still do not have any apostille proof of pension from him. Or any FedEx tracking number. Update: he claims I am lying when everything was in writing. And did not read the review obviously based off his response. My complaints are with him still not mailing my apostille. I still have not received it despite him saying many times that he will send it and even saying he will shortly send the tracking number. His claim that I didn't ask him to mail it to him and that it was not included is something he made up several weeks later of giving me run around about when he would finally do it after I asked him for a refund. I have proof of everything I wrote in my review and I also have no idea what he is talking about homeland security or immigration not accepting apostille when he has yet to even send me apostille. See it for yourself. original review: Been going on getting run arounds for about 4 weeks relating to getting apostilled my proof of pension document and having it emailed and mailed to me. Kept saying he already shipped it and will send tracking number. today I find out from him it was never shipped and he still needs to fill out documents to ship. Orlando claims for the first time all the sudden that what I paid him does not include shipping and that the service is complete. At that time all I got was an emailed voided copy of an apostille page that does not show what is getting apostilled. I told him to stop calling me because I wanted everything in writing when I confronted him for the first time today since this all started in November and was asking for a refund. We continued texting. He is still keeping my money and even threatened me on messages that if I don't stop contacting him he will have his lawyer call me for harassment.
