I am not one to write reviews but in this case I felt it was necessary. You can't always go off of…read moresomeone else's experience because we all see things from a different point of view; however my mother's experience with brakes on the go was not a good one. My mother needed her brakes done so she called Julian and was quoted $130 for parts and labor they agreed on a day and the wheels were set in motion. Not only did Julian have my mother wait for over 2 hours for his arrival he started on the brakes after 5 which there was nothing wrong with that at all, but he was done at 3 a.m. He had a hard time removing her drums; I admired his determination and willingness to finish the job but when the work was done he gave my mother a different price than what was initially quoted; my mom paid the $130 without hesitation. Not only do the brakes not work he is trying to charge additional money to come take a look at the problem and he states my mother is the blame for his bad brake job because she drove the car around the block to check the brakes. Just be careful when dealing with people who don't produce paperwork for their quotes, give itemized statements and who give you a hard time about backing up their work. This was a bad experience and a waste of money also bad customer service and ethics.
