I addressed this with the two drivers who were very nonchalant. The truck was on the same side of my yard which recently had $2,000 worth of plumbing repair less than 2 months ago. I spoke with one on the men regarding the damage. He acknowledged and claimed ownership of the damages; however he did not provide me with his name nor any contact information. The truck became stuck in my yard during the pick up. After, the truck was able to gain traction, the drivers fled the scene. A police report has been filed for documentation purposes. I trust that this matter will be handled professionally and in a timely manner. I am following up with you regarding damages to my property. Thus far, there have been no responses to my recent emails nor texts from you regarding trespassing on my property and the damages to my property. The lack of professionalism and accountability is very shocking.

I immediately informed my insurance company that this was the shop I wanted to take it to. I had a great rapport with the previous management, however the new management was rude, incompetent, and, non responsive. I also experience them lying about damages I had to my vehicle that wasn't there. When I expressed concerns and wanting to take my vehicle to another shop to finish the work, the manager didn't attempt to make things right or even apologize. Would not recommend to anyone else.
