For example, once I forgot my insurance card when keeping an appointment. Even though my account has always been paid and insurance has remained same, the office canceled all future scheduled appointments with counselor until such time as I returned in person with the card - as a busy person this is inconvenient for me. As a result I can't get an appointment at a time I most need one. Another time QBH charged me a "back payment " of about $160.00 when I showed up for my appointment even though I had been making $40.00 copay every previous visit. No explanation was given for charge. While it later turned out to be error, I was rudely treated. I once saw one of the doctors from QBH. The quack advised me to completely stop taking medications that WORKED for me, that I had been taking for many years as prescribed by an experienced psychiatrist. Moreover the efficacy of the prescribed medications had been corroborated by 2 experienced psychiatrists when I moved to Boston. So, quack doctor, soulless office, and a great counselor. But for her I would never return to QBH

You become part of the team not just a passive patient. Without the understanding of what's going on at an adjustment visit you have no way to improve your own health. Regular adjustments and between visit care has made a world of difference in my health. Too many things to list!!! My first visit I almost drove by and skipped it because I loath doctors. This office is friendly and inviting, not at all anxiety inducing like all my other ones. I truly look forward to my visits. A laugh with the Deb and doctor Mike, whom I now call friends, quality time with Fiona the office dog, Doc's assessment of my upkeep practices and feeling great when I leave. I saw her on Sept 29th. She was running a special (which itself was confusing sounding - it said…read more$150 off which sounded like $150 off total purchase but meant that usually Botox is $13/unit but was $10.50 for the special). Regardless, she marked my forehead, 11's and crows feet and started injecting. I've had Botox 2 other times - the most I've had injected for all 3 areas was 43 units, so I assumed it would be around the same. When checking out, it was $600! She injected 60 units. I was shocked - I would personally have never spent $600 in general and had the amount of units been communicated I would have objected, but she said these results should last around 4 months because it's more units and given the fact that she had already injected me, I sucked it up, paid and left. I should have asked prior to her injecting, my mistake. After only 6 weeks, crows feet are completely back, forehead lines are coming back and so are 11's. Even the 43 units I had before lasted 2 1/2 months before I even saw lines come back like this. I reached out and her solution was for me to come back and spend more money but get a "discounted rate" and blamed my "strong facial muscles" - I've never had this issue before with 20 less units. There are so many other injectors out there, I would recommend going somewhere else where there is better communication and definitely better results. I am still so disappointed. Such a waste of money. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
