Online booking was very simple & straightforward, which I prefer to calling in for an appointment. I arrived at the office first thing the morning of my appointment & found it to be clean, discreet & well appointed. Upon my initial consultation, Stephanie listened carefully & thoughtfully to my concerns & proposed a multi step treatment plan to accomplish my goals while remaining sensitive to the costs involved, too. At this initial consultation I happened to mention some unrelated symptoms I had been dealing with. Stephanie suggested I get my hormone levels checked because my symptoms were indicative of a hormonal imbalance. Stephanie was willing to write the order to have the requisite labs drawn, something neither my PCP or GYN had been willing to do to date. My symptoms had gone largely dismissed by my healthcare team for several years, which was incredibly frustrating. Sure enough, when the results came back, I was depleted in necessary hormones that correlated with the symptoms I was experiencing. I have had this done before at other doctors offices with great results. I will be going somewhere with an experienced injector next time. UPDATE: I have uploaded pictures showing my still lumpy face on 3/1/17. I also disputed the charges with my credit card company and won after they saw the photos, correspondence between the company, and info from my second and third opinions on how to handle the poor placement and overfilling. The owner did have a chance to submit a rebuttal and it was very inaccurate and insulting. I was appalled in the response to the credit card company that the owner stated that I could not be pleased and had unrealistic facial expectations. You can look at the photos I have posted (taken today 3/1/17) and see the results for yourself. Keep in mind the injections were done mid-October. It is horrible, that the owner thinks she gave a good service. There were several red flags and I wished I would have listened to my gut. This might be a good place for an overpriced facial but beware of injections.

She knows a few other healing techniques and has not been stingy in recommending them and adding them in to the service if I needed them and were willing to try. Well, I did and liked them. Her massage technique incorporates good foot massage-- something I really enjoy. I especially favor that the business itself is located in a medical building in Warwick.
