The food was good and so was the service. This is a great spot for a casual dinner with your friends and family.

The service was ok, it was difficult to find someone to get the check from, which I'm finding is common here in Vienna. The food was edible, the service was ok. All in all may go back to try something else but it isn't at the top of my list.

Hello, my friend and…read moreI went there today and we ordered food. This time the server brought me a dish, which didn't look or taste like the dish I ordered. I always order the same dish, so I was surprised and really annoyed. After asking the server why my food taste and looks different then usual, his answer was it is the dish you ordered - it could be that the cook made his own version today. Like WTF!! I got served left overs thrown in a pot with a lot of disgusting oil and one couldn't even recognize the couple veggies in there. Our server made my friend and me feel like we are a lot of work to deal with and the atmosphere was just off. Even though the restaurant endorsed non-smooking, there was a guy next to our table who fucking smoked the whole time and the server said nothing!! Each time we ordered more food, because we were really hungry - our server got more and more annoyed with us!! I mean, I am sorry that I am leaving my money here??!!! I did understand the language our server spoke, so each time he made a nasty comment in his language about us - I understood it!! Which was really disturbing. Visiting this restaurant was an unpleasant experience for us, which is really sad because we love turkish cuisine.

FOOD Falafel Pita Sandwich (3.5 stars): Moist falafel but not much flavor. The Pita was nice and fluffy though! Lamb Chops (3 stars): Vegetables it came with had a weird olive oil sauce. Chewy lamb chops, not really moist. They made the sandwich right away and by the time I was done they brought out the lamb chops. They should have waited so we could have eaten at the same time. Also no credit card, cash only!

On my visit, the service staff was friendly and welcoming, and I tried the Shawarma-Laffa wrap and the Sabich dish. The Shawarma-Laffa was made of chicken and also contained vegetables and sauce inside a perfectly chewy wrap. While the flavors were a little bit mild, this was a great meal on the go. The Sabich plate had a base of hummus and also contained falafel, eggplant, egg, Israeli salad (cucumber and tomato), and tahini sauce. Again, the flavors of this dish were a little bit mild, but made for a delicious, healthy meal. The dish was also served with warm, fluffy pita bread on the side, which was perfect for dipping into the hummus.

Neni service was accommodating, prompt and courtesy. They inform you right away it is cash only. The menu needs to be replaces. Old and tattered. The English menus are on the flip side of the page. We ordered Jerusalem plate which consisted of grilled chicken with roasted bell peppers on a bed of hummus and a pita for 19€ and both me and my partner thought is was very good . The chicken was seasoned nicely, not too salty and the hummus was consistently creamy and the pita was thick and fluffy about a 1/2" thick Not traditionally what I have had before. The hayas popcorn falafel with soya tahini which was very tasty. The sauce was an interesting combination maybe a hint of mango but not positive and a tiny bit of heat with tahini. This sauce was like a dressing that would be delicious on a salad. The falafels were not huge, smaller than a golf ball, dark on the outside and not grainy. We definitely would go back if we are in Vienna again and try their shashuka which is only served earlier in the day
