They then denied me treatment due to a medical situation that would not have caused the problems they were claiming. I left very upset and consulted my Dr who disputed their claims. I then consulted several other facilities that provide laser tattoo removal who all contradicted what I was told at PB Med spa. I am now under going treatment at another facility with no adverse reactions or complications. I would call their expertise in the services they provide into question. Do your homework before using their facility.

When I got my credit card statement there were TWO charges for $263. I called them and they said they would try to figure out how to do a refund back to my card. I didn't see a credit on my next bill and I called again. They said they had made a refund to my credit card so I thought it would be on my next statement. NOT!! I called again and they sent me a 'receipt' showing that they gave me the refund. Waited for the next statement. NOT on this one either. I called the credit card company and they gave no record of receiving a credit transaction for me from Body Focus! To this day I have not received my refund. When I called Body Focus they said it was my problem to take up with my credit card company!!

Julia and Whitney performed an Acne Sterilization and Black Charcoal Mask treatment on my face. Not only were they gentle but also informative while performing the procedure. Highly recommend visiting these ladies for any skin care procedure. As a man, we tend to be intimidated by visiting a Medical Spa like this but Briarwood has a great atmosphere and positive vibe.
