Cassandra requested a signed form from my realtor, which was provided. Subsequently, I was offered the option to collect the check in Davenport or have it mailed (I live 2 hours away)Opting for mail delivery, I didn't receive payment maybe due to a hurricane. Two weeks later, I requested another check, and Cassandra agreed but demanded payment for overnight shipping despite previous mail issues. My realtor intervened, sending a UPS label. When queried about the check, Cassandra claimed to have dropped it off locally without obtaining a receipt or confirmation. Fortunately, I received the check, but Rosemont Title's indifference regarding the return of my $10,000 deposit after the deal collapsed raises concerns. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY VERY SHADY.. At first walk in the living room furniture was ratted and worn, the glass dining table was unlevel due to missing legs and the lamp didnt even have a shade! The fridge had tape inside and the water machine had moldy water, freezer barely was cold. Then upstairs some of the rooms had bedding that smelled (we had to rewash ourselves), the base boards were nasty and havent been washed since the beginning of time! The fan/light had so much dust I was afraid something was goIng to fall on my head why I was on the toliet. And none of the remotes in the rooms had backs and some of them didnt work! The railings on the stairs were sticky and the WHITE COACH in the "family area" upstairs had huge nasty brown stains that were covered by a blanket! Although, the house was outfitted with many appliances and a modern color scheme, the things that we were looking for from a vacation rental (and as promised on the website / pictures) were extremely lacking. Safety - the sliding glass door to the back pool did not lock / latch well. We did call the front office about this and had someone look at it. The latch was deemed "acceptable" to them and they left. The door would not stay locked / latched, so every time we came back to the house, it was unlocked. It was also unlocked when we arrived to the house. Internet - we arrived on Thursday and reported an internet outage. This was not repaired until Sunday. We needed the internet to do work from the house, and there was supposed to be wifi available. Cleanliness - the house was filthy. I took many pictures and can share if needed. Silverware was extremely dirty with leftover food such as peanut butter all over it, glasses / coffee cups dirty with coffee and lipstick stains. Toilets actually had dried pee on them! Towels, comforters, sheets all stained. Floors and carpeting looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. Missing / broken items - Some beds missed top sheets. No dish towels. Many light bulbs out. Lights not working / not plugged in. Curtains don't fully cover windows in downstairs master bedroom. Towel rods not mounted well to the wall and fell. Toilet paper dispensers not mounted to the wall and they fell. This house was a mess. This house was not as advertised.

NEW **LONG READ, but worth it! BEWARE!** If I could give…read morezeros stars, I certainly would. We booked Championsgate 580 at 671 Sticks Street Davenport, FL 33896 through Top Villas. Immediately on arrival, we found the home was not adequately cleaned. The bathrooms, tables, nightstands, etc. all had hair everywhere. ALL sheets on EVERY bed in 9 bedrooms(accommodating 16 ppl) was dirty and/or had hair. After arriving around 6pm that Sunday evening, we spent that entire evening until about 4am washing all then linen so we could sleep. The WiFi wasn't working and neither was ANY of the TVs except the living room. Some of the amenities were either not there or not working, such as there were NO GAME CONSOLES in the game room and the games that were there didn't work properly. This was very disappointing considering we picked this home because we had 9 kids ages 8-18 expecting them. The grill did not work and had to be replaced. When the grill was initially replaced, it was a small charcoal grill that was brought and placed on the side of the house without our knowledge. The grill had a bag on old food on the inside that smelled bad. We didn't get the gas replacement until that Wed and we were scheduled to leave Friday. One of the queen bedrooms had no air conditioning. When we arrived that Sunday night, I contacted Top Villas. Their on-call person doesn't do anything, but takes a message (words per the on-call staff person). After calling the next morning, I finally got a Top Villas representative who basically explained that some of the issues we were experiencing was the responsibility of the management company, Executive Villas. I was toggled back and forth between the two companies trying to get things done. I spent HOURS of my vacation on the phone (at times on hold). The ABSOLUTE WORST of all, the plumping backed up into the master shower and kitchen sink (without cause by us). There was sewer water and tissue coming up through the master shower drain. I contacted BOTH companies and there was no response from one and the blame was placed on the other. Upon departure, I requested at least a portion of our stay to be refunded. We were only offered the cleaning fee and the cost for the addition of the grill. We were also told if we excepted this amount, we would have to sign an agreement to not disclose our experience on any social media or platform. WORST EXPERIENCES EVER on vacation and will NEVER use them again

Now he has passed away and the company lives on. I currently have a defect in my title that came from the original owners and Kalogridis that I am now trying to fix. Don't know yet how this is going to go so I will update this one way or the other when I am done.
