SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First, I want to add that Anderson Correa owner of "La Rosa Realty Kissimmee; has been by far the most unprofessional sector I've ever dealt with. Dignity goes a long way especially while working in the business sector and dealing with families and individuals interested in purchasing property or homes. Furthermore, never trust the META glasses he wears and the perfected process and the all in good faith or just rely on "great" conversations and smiles alone. When it comes to money people immediately want what is not theirs and money always seems to be the "KEY DISCUSSION" for people like Anderson especially during housing crisis in the year 2026. Know that the only way they get $paid$ is by perpetrating schemes/fraud as they did to us and by "sticking together" like magnets. By the way you should never trust any realtor that chooses their related co-field worker friends as they all collaborate as one big social CIRCLE of greed and will use all methods to their advantage by creating lies and fake recommendations as to "hey you'll get this x amount in price" IF you just fix the entire home to gain EQUITY and spend another $100K it will generate "GREAT" value later; like Anderson highly recommended for us to complete as per the faulty received 4-point inspection. I want to add that this realtor has been in the game for less than 10 years. This happened June 3, 2026 - don't sign paperwork or wire any ESROW money once you do get ready to lose 50% if not 100% of your ESCROW! He will reassure to split your ESCROW with his sellers so that they don't go to another BROKER/AGENT to re-post their home online instead he will reassure his SELLERS that BUYERS will fix their property FOR FREE another words on your cost $$$! NOTE that this is illegal in any city/state of the United States as it happened to me and my husband in under 10 days. Furthermore, google him and you will see for yourself of other related stories that faced similar escrow losses! I am sure that eventually will end up getting sued and closing their agency PERMANETELY!
