Hops & Berry's system feels way more intuitive and fun to use. I think they use a company called Pourtek, and the interface is super clean and interactive. We actually live a few hours away, but whenever we're in Cincinnati, we make it a point to stop here. It's become one of those places we look forward to. Really wish they would expand into Columbus or Cleveland because we'd be there all the time.

It was nice to have the option to order a substantial salad and feel like it was a meal. In terms of service, it seemed like everything behind the bar was hectic.
