free popcorn was a nice little perk!

Pouring your own drinks and paying by the ounce is a fun concept, but we weren't crazy about their selection of beers. If you're an IPA lover, this is the place for you.

I love this place! we just moved and have already been multiple times. I love both the indoor & outdoor vibes. their beer and cider choices are awesome!! haven't tried the cocktails or wine yet, but those are also on tap. they also have free popcorn for snacking. very good prices for a fun time!!

If you've ever wished your taproom had something for your significant other to drink... Well, your wish has come true! These folks have 60 handles, and those 60 include wine, cider, mixed drinks AND beer! My wife is a wine drinker, and tonight we found a place for both of us to love! Walk in, present your driver's license, open a tab, and you're on your way. You're given a wristband, and you use it to authorize your pour. Just decide what you'd like, swipe your wristband, touch the pad and start your pour. It's literally that easy! If you're hungry, Ohio's best Italian restaurant has QR codes in the bar. Order online using the QR code, and they bring it to your table - all you have to do is stay where you are... It's a great time, super fun, and they have everything from PBR to Unicorn Farts (you'll have to look it up - I'm not kidding!) Highly recommended for family, friends, and even people I don't know - you'll have a great time!

By far one of the neatest bars ive visited. I haven't seen a concept like it before! You present your id and card, they give you a wristband to get your own drink, and you pour up! You can test any drink they offer and decide what you want after trying. Very nice environment and well presented. Selection was great, and staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Also in a great location in the heart of Loveland. I'd strongly recommend checking it out!

Excellent selection of beers, wines, ciders and even cocktails "on tap". Pour your own drinks. Fun atmosphere, live music (weather permitting), and a festive crowd.

Weird how that works. Especially in a mostly self-service setup where the "team experience" is supposedly what we're tipping for in the first place. Now, the place itself? Always a vibe. The ambiance is a consistent 10. Hanging flowers everywhere, riverfront energy, live music, sunshine, cold beer, people laughing like they don't have mortgages... it's basically Pinterest with an IPA tap list. The taco salad? Meh. The $14 "large" version looked like inflation personally assembled it. Nothing offensive, just forgettable. Cincinnati has better versions of that exact thing hiding in random strip malls next to vape stores and tax prep offices. Oddly enough, some of their other salads are actually much better. And salads at other Milford establishments rock...but it's not about the food. The Hawaiian pizza also came out looking like it attended the meeting but didn't contribute. Crust was underdone, chewy, and about as flavorful as a city council subcommittee. To be fair, I've had better pizzas here before, so maybe order it well done and pray over it briefly. But honestly? Nobody comes here because Anthony Bourdain's ghost whispered about the taco salad. You come for the atmosphere. The people. The flowers. The live music. The river. The one perfect cold beer from the homemade beer list that hits after a long day and briefly convinces you your life is organized. And in fairness... sometimes that's enough. and my wife loves this location.

To start this place is a "sit down" but you have to order at the bar and they bring it to you. We were a tad thrown off with that since they literally had waiters and people roaming around, didn't make sense to me. But that was just the start! We decided to order nachos and a pretzel to start the meal. The pretzel was disgusting, hard and lacking flavor and the $14 nachos was a side plate with a small portion of nachos on it. I asked the server what was with the size of the nachos and he said he though they were normal. They aren't, you go to a normal bar and for $14 comes out a platter with nachos that are loaded. Then our mains came out, my wife's salad was gross, lacking flavor and with dry chicken and my burger was decent. For $90 this meal should have been WAYYY better. We left feeling very disappointed and will definitely not be coming back.

If you haven't been to MPH Brewing in Montgomery, you're either stuck in traffic... or parked…read moresomewhere three blocks away wondering if this place is really worth the walk. Spoiler: it is. The only real complaint here is that the parking situation occasionally resembles a Black Friday doorbuster...,,except instead of discounted TVs, you're fighting for proximity to exceptional beer and people who actually seem glad you showed up. From the moment you walk in, you get hit with something rare these days: genuine, unscripted hospitality. Sierra, the general manager, runs the place with the kind of quiet authority that says, "Yes, we're in control....and yes, you're going to enjoy yourself." She's sharp, composed, and clearly the reason everything hums instead of hiccups. Then there's Maddie...her sister....who is essentially a human champagne cork. Every interaction pops, sparkles, and somehow gets more entertaining the longer you're around her. Watching Sierra and Maddie interact is like seeing discipline and delightful chaos shake hands and decide to run a brewery together. The result? A place that feels both dialed-in and alive. Caroline deserves her own headline. Not just pleasant...precision-level accommodating. The kind of service where you don't have to ask twice, and usually don't even have to ask once. She and Maddie made sure we were completely taken care of out on the porch, including getting a fire going when the temperature dipped into that sneaky "do I need a jacket or not?" zone. That's not service..,.that's anticipation. The food? Legitimately strong. The prosciutto and fig jam pizza hits that perfect balance of sweet, salty, and "why did we not order two of these?" Their salads don't feel like a punishment, and the sandwiches,,..let's just say people aren't exaggerating. You'll see tables guarding them like trade secrets. Now the beer....this is where MPH separates itself from the "nice patio, average product" crowd you find scattered along certain nearby river-adjacent zones. These beers don't just show up,,.they perform. Clean, well-crafted, and across a lineup that feels like a brewmaster who knows exactly what he's doing and isn't guessing. You could drop several of these into a national competition and they wouldn't just participate--they'd make noise. What stands out most is the environment. Relaxed without being lazy, energetic without being chaotic. If the weather cooperates, sitting outside is one of the most enjoyable, almost unfairly pleasant experiences you'll find in Montgomery. There's really nothing else like it in the immediate area, it's not trying to copy anything, and that's exactly why it works. Bottom line: MPH Brewing is what happens when ownership hires well, trains well, and then gets out of the way of good people doing good work. Just plan your parking strategy like you're invading Normandy--or bring comfortable shoes. Either way, you'll leave glad you made the effort.

Unfortunately something in the kitchen seemed off and the issues piled up. I have always loved Cartridge, have had great experiences in the past, and truly want them to succeed so I am hopeful this was an "off" night and that they will adjust and be back to normal in no time! I will start with the positives: the building is gorgeous and worth the visit off the beaten path. You can bike right up to it- we typically do this. It's right off the bike trail and a great distance away from downtown Loveland for a nice ride. Beautiful restoration of the old space and cool branding. The menu honestly all sounds delicious on paper. The woman at the hostess stand was very friendly and all of the waitstaff seemed to be working overtime to stay afloat. No one was slacking, they were all spending an inordinate amount of time in the kitchen and still managing everything outside too so I commend them on their attitude and service. Our waitress kept it positive the whole time. Though it was a little weird that no one acknowledged how poorly things were going, I can appreciate that they didn't snap back at the many folks who were short with them or respond in any way except positive, smiling, and understanding. Now for the rest of the visit. After being seated, our waitress took our order for apps and drinks, and explained the note on the menu that said "Tuesday-All day happy hour!". We ordered fried pickles and 2 drinks, a beer and a mocktail. She came back a few moments later and we put in an order for 2 burgers. The beer came out but the mocktail never did... this is when we started to see if someone was would return to our table and realized that they were not going to. We did not see the waitress who had initially helped us for over 30 minutes. Another waitress finally brought out 2 burgers. We noted that there was no rush but we were still waiting on one drink and the app. She seemed confused but went to go check. We were hopeful all would be solved. She returned with the drink a while later, but said the fried pickles were being remade- they had been forgotten. I appreciated that they made us fresh ones, but still confused about what happened with both items never making it to us. Thought that would be the worst of it but it spiraled after that. The burgers were okay, but one came without any sauce. One had a small amount on the bottom bun and the other was dry. I thought I would just ask for a side of the thousand island it was meant to come with, but again- there was no way to get a server's attention. By this time, the table next to us was getting frusteated with their wait as well. When our appetizer was finally delivered, I tried to ask for a side of sauce but the table next to us was so desperate to get their issues addressed that I couldn't get a word in. The burgers were fine, Iif a bit dry, but nothing to write home about. Which is a bummer because it happened to be their Cincy Burger Week special. The fried pickles were pretty good but we both commented we didn't want the whole dish because they were so coated with oil towards the bottom. Sort of what you get when you order fried pickles though :) By this time, we had been there for over an hour and were ready for the check. Notably, the table next to us received their food and both of their burgers were wrong from what they had ordered. There was also a beer dropped off to the table next to us but never addressed again. Our check never came... we just sat and sat. When it did come... my heart sank seeing it was inaccurate- none of the happy hour pricing on apps or drinks had been applied. We waited for the waitress to come back and collect the check, which she would have had to do even if the bill was correct. But she never came... we waited 18 minutes before my husband went to go interrupt her at the computer, which we felt bad doing but we were worried it would never be addressed and our toddler was getting antsy The bill was fixed and we asked her to stay until she could bring jt back. Phew- finally done. Folks all around the taproom were noticing irA woman came up and asked for her glass of wine to be cancelled because it had been so long. The beer next to us still unattended. The strangest part was that none of this was addressed- not an apology, explanation, or anything. I definitely would have empathized with the struggle if they would have explained they where short staffed we would have been totally understanding, but we felt a little like we were in the twilight zone. Really hoping Cartridge can get back to getting their orders out completely/ correctly, and organizing their staff so they were able to check in on their tables' needs without being tracked down across the room. I will come back, because it's such a neat place,
