Sometimes the right grade is not available to all the yards out there. The proper drainage plan is the way to go from adding a catch basin to getting your down spouts piped away from your house. I shared my budget (I gave him a number lower than what I was truly willing to spend) figuring I would get the usual high rate and have to negotiate down. We discussed plants, water issue, drainage and continued maintenance. I ask a lot of questions and he gave very informative answers. I finally thought after an hour or so, I should let this man be on his way. He promised to call me the following day with pricing. He did as promised. Wow, this was awesome. He gave me a quote for my updated landscape and to my surprise he stayed under the budget I had told him, making suggestions on how to save even more money. The job has turned out beautifully and I will say this company has stood by their word. They have integrity, are very honest, hard working and man of his word.
