In trying to make things easier to handle, a worker was informed to cut off supporting branches of a huge limb that was perched on my tree. Doing so caused the limb to break free of the tree itself and not just pull out my power lines to my house, but also hit the roof in a way that caused the eaves and connected gutter to separate some from the roof itself. They did the job quickly and got all branches up as stated, but their cleanup afterwards was limited primarily to the branches and the initial blowing off of the roof to work on it. The roof and the walkway to my house were left covered in saw dust. Before I paid the company, their responses were quick and professional. After they left and I noticed the damage to the roof -- all that would be needed was to hammer the eaves back in and make sure no further damage is done to the gutter -- it took hours to hear back from the company. A week ago they said they would send someone out to do a quick repair and I imagine since they have the money, they have no need to try and continue to provide good service.

He sent photos showing how the finished project would look, so I accepted his quote and paid a deposit. Unfortunately, the entire project turned out to be a huge disappointment. Problems began when one of his crew members cracked the window on my Lexus sedan while cutting grass right before the sod work started. Edgar agreed to cover the replacement. Trying to save him money, I had an aftermarket window installed instead of original Lexus glass, but it needed a light tint to match the rest of the car. Edgar promised his glass technician would handle it, but nobody ever showed up, leaving my vehicle's window unfinished. His project estimation was also grossly inaccurate. I expected to use a moderate amount of seeds for some areas, but he ended up quoting me for 3 additional pallets of sod due to a calculation error on his end which was totally unacceptable. To make matters worse, he attempted to charge me for a dumpster fee that was never agreed upon beforehand. Despite all these headaches, I still tipped his workers. Ultimately, my yard remains unfinished, several sections of the sod look terrible and have died out despite consistent watering, and my car window is still unaddressed. I cannot recommend his services given the lack of followthrough, poor estimation, and unresolved property damage.

He said he would do his best to get out sooner, but he couldn't make any promises since there was so much rain and they were backed up, but then they wound up coming out the very next morning, which was a week earlier than our actual appointment.
