On that day, I was in a serious car accident and broke my back. The pain in my back got to the point I needed surgery in order to walk again. We agreed ( before payment was made ) that Mr. Levine would file the motion until it was granted or it could not be filed any longer. He's filed one half decent motion and it was denied. He's made promises to file since then but each time has not done so. I wouldn't recommend this lawyer to anyone.
