When it comes to discovering the client's story, the trial lawyer's college has provided Frank with a skill set matched by few attorney's in Ohio. Mr. Piscitelli has appeared in numerous state and federal courts in the country. He has successfully recovered millions of dollars on behalf of working families and small businesses in cases involving catastrophic personal injuries, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, wrongful death, amusement park injuries, breach of contract, consumer fraud and bad faith insurance. Mr. Piscitelli also represents consumers that have been ripped off by false advertising and other unlawful business practices.

Hard work and perseverance are the cornerstones of the founder of the Piscitelli Law Firm, Frank E. Piscitelli, Jr. The value of hard work and "doing the right thing" was instilled in Frank as a young boy. During high school, Frank worked to save money for his first few years of college and then held a full-time job. After graduating from college, he went straight to law school while working full-time the last two years as a law clerk at a small injury firm, where he gained valuable experience getting justice for the injured and financially oppressed. After graduating from law school in 1993, Frank went right to work for that small law firm where he was handed a stack of files that nobody wanted to work on. He rolled up his sleeves and pursued justice for those clients by netting six-figure settlements in many of those cases. Mr. Piscitelli continues that tradition of hard work and perseverance at the Piscitelli Law Firm.

The consumer class representation is a recent practice area for the Piscitelli Law Firm. In just a few years, however, the firm has obtained $55 Million in class settlements and is now engaged in several large class actions.
