A tree on their property fell on my car and destroyed it, causing me to not be able to drive it for 2 months as it is being repaired. Management has not been accountable, many of the issues are still completely unresolved. They have provided no reimbursement, despite them being totally in the wrong. The tree was rotted through and completely hollow. Please watch where you park your cars! In my experience with Governor Sproul, if THEIR tree falls on your vehicle they will NOT take care of you. Aside from the tree incident, I would like to warn others about the other ongoing issues that impact residents at Governor Sproul. I am setting up insect traps AGAIN for the camel crickets in the apartment, which are the size of my palm. Despite having an exterminator come and purchasing countless traps from Home Depot. Above are Emergency lights that didnt work for 24 hours during a power outage, causing serious safety hazards. No lighting in the entire building when this happened. Water leaking through walls causing mold, and an awful odor. Large urine spots going down the hall that smell, dog poop in the hallways frequently. Peoples pets in the hallways constantly, even had my neighbor's cat run into my apartment and under my couch. Total chaos!! Please make an informed decision before moving here!!
