We absolutely loved everything about the design and setup, and everyone who walked into the "venue" was completely awestruck by how beautiful everything looked. Even with the rain, their team re-designed the place to make sure no one got wet and to keep every detail looking perfect. They worked tirelessly each day they came, whether it was dropping off items, setting up, or picking everything up afterward. They understood our design inspirations perfectly and handled every detail incredibly in the days leading up to the wedding, on the wedding day, and even in the days following. The turf and dancefloor were absolute must haves. The monogram on the dancefloor looked stunning and added such a special touch to the place. The coordinator services were also a must have. The coordinator and waitstaff were incredible, offering excellent service to our guests and vendors while keeping everything running smoothly and on schedule. My wife and I did not have to worry about a single thing because they had every detail handled with professionalism and care. They were extremely responsive throughout the entire process and made us feel supported at all times. I would NOT recommend this unprofessional rental service to anyone! I rented the 3pc acrylic pedestals for an event. The cost was $175 (will call only) and on top of that I would need to pay $300 cash deposit. Which to me doesn't make sense that the rental is about 1/2 the price. When I went to pick them up the lady had me load in these unwrapped, fragile, dirty acrylic pcs. For drop off I was a day late, due to personal reasons, and they said their policy is to charge 1/2 of the rental price each day you're late. So just be aware of the absurd deposit and don't even think about being late on drop off. I would just avoid this company all together. There is much better rental companies that don't try and take you for every dollar. read more

My husband and I have not had luck at all planning our wedding because all the venues had canceled on us due to C-19. We have been waiting to get married for two years now so we decided to just plan a "minimony" wedding in our small house. I can't believe how very little amount of affordable party rentals there are out here in Los Angeles. Most of these rental places want you to spend a minimum of $500 or more which is ridiculous. In the times we are living in, many people are doing small wedding ceremonies with less than 30 people. I only needed to rent 15 of everything because we didn't have a lot of people and it was just a small ceremony and small reception dinner afterwards. I was looking all over for rentals at the last minute, like 5 days before our wedding. Every rental place I called were either booked for the month of August or not able to rent to the LA area. I finally came across Lopez's Party Rentals and was really happy that they had rentals available and were able to accommodate me. They even allowed for a pick-up option which was more cheaper than having the items delivered and also more convenient. I opted for the pick-up option. I rented dinnerware and flatware from them and the items were beautiful. I was so impressed by how fancy my dinner tables looked for our wedding and our guests were also excited. If you need last minute rentals (although I wouldn't recommend planning a last minute wedding or renting things at the last minute) consider Lopez's Party Rentals for your next celebration. read more

I recommend López events if you're looking for the whole package when it comes to wedding planning. The process from start to finish was fairly simple. They have wedding packages according to guest number as well as personalization offers. Arianna was great in answering all our questions and being upfront with all associated costs. I gave a review in August of 2023, as I mentioned the staff was wonderful. This pass weekend I used Lopez's Events and Rentals for a 100 guest event, it included a tent (beautiful), tables, chairs, table wear, and we added carpet for the ground. The team was nice to work with. Whatever I asked they tried to accommodate. So we had black carpet, they had no tape to tape down the seems only silver. No problem I went and bought the black tape and my team put it down. The tent was delivered couple of days prior to our event and the team said they would be back on day of to setup the table/chairs/linens/centerpieces which would be 2 days later. My team setup the items so we would not be rushing on day of. I needed the carpet to be staked down more, called venue said they would be at out location day of. I asked if it was possible to do a trade for service of setup for a red carpet, Rep said NO, that it was my problem that I did the setup, poor customer service. I save there team from having to spend the time to setup our event. Tear down day, I notice all the cut zips ties were on the lawn, asked it they would please make sure the owner would not have to pickup and of course they said sure. Owner called me and said her yard had zip ties all over. Lopez has great prices and package deals. I feel their customer service could be better. The team works hard, but should do better on cleanup. read more

My wedding is in 1 month. I am a covid bride and I'm having to replan my wedding in a whole new space. About 2 month ago I called to get a quote just to rent this love table they have for my welcome table and charger plates for my guest. All together with delivery fee they quoted me 750. I said Great okay I will call back when I'm ready to book. So I call today to finally book it and Roxanna tells me there is a 2500 dollar minimum. I explained to her that this was never explained to me and no body on IG or over the phone told me this. Bec I also asked for Instagram. So I was lied to or mislead. She told me she would speak with management. Who ever they are. Because I'm not allowed to speak to them. And she's just the receptionist. So I called back today to follow up with her and I didn't know her name so when I called back I tried to explain to another girl that I was calling back following up on my inquiry and apparently she was a manger and got really snippy and rude with me telling me there's a 2500 minimum with a Venue and there is nothing she could do and told me I was being rude and to never call the business again and to not call back and hung up on me. I was shocked that a manger and a business could talk to people like that and act the way she did. This whole time I had this vision of this LOVE table in my mind as my welcome today and today was vision and dream that I've been dreaming about now for 2 years is crushed Bec or there stupid 2500 minimum Bec it's at a venue. If it was at a house then it's only 500. Which is a silly rule. And Frankly I was never told of this minuim or month ago I would of given up on this Vision. But to a bride 1 month before her wedding. I'm devastated. And to not be able to talk to management or someone higher than a secretary. Or this rude manager. This bussiness I am surprised they have one. They are rude, they have these girls who don't know the rules and just tell people who call anything. It's so misconceiving and incredibly unprofessional. I have used this service before about a year ago for a small party at my house. Recently, I contacted last weekend to provide a tent, 3 tables, 30 chairs, and tablecloths for my wedding shower. To request the service was easy and seamless - mostly via text with Gaby. My event was on Saturday and they came on Friday afternoon to set up the tent and to drop off everything else. Unfortunately, they did not have the tables with them, but they said they would drop them off next day. Next day early, they came and dropped everything off. The came on Sunday and took everything away. It was seamless and it was wonderful that this was the last thing I had to worry about - Lopez Party Rentals was on it. My wedding was small and intimate and was sort of done last min. I had seen LPR on Instagram and absolutely fell in love with their work and I knew that's who I wanted for my wedding. If I could give no stars I would. I contacted this company in 2021, a year and a few months before my wedding. I placed my order on line with a confirmation of the order by phone. Not only were the girls rude but they seamed like they did not even want to be there. Mind I was going to drop a pretty penny for there services. I booked with them got confirmation. But the moment that I explained to them that the wedding ends at 1030 and everything needs to be out of the venue by 2am (mind I agreed to pay what ever fee needed to get paid in order for this to happen, numbers were not an issue) the girls canceled my order without notifying me, and when I called to find out why, the females had the nerve to tell me that they canceled it cause they double booked (Mind prior to this i spoke to someone 2 days prior who told me i was on calander all i needed was the deposit. She asked for me to call her back the moment i told her i was ready to pay deposit, but i just contacted the venue and they informed me that it was same day drop off and pick up) I was so upset. I thought I found a great wedding vender only to be tossed out cause they did not fill like picking up same day. Then they proceeded to tell me that If I wanted the stuff that bad from there company I would need to bring a uhaul and set it up myself.I was so disappointed and I will never recommend this company to anyone. I was so excited only to be let down... I had expressed the need of having the rental dropped off and picked up during a very manageable 4 hour window on each trip. They showed up over 5 hours late and close to 12midnight on Friday. Luckily, we had the event the next day on Saturday. But then they were supposed to pick up the rental Sunday morning because we had to leave the premises by 10am. I called to verify because we had not heard from them at all. It sounded like they had forgotten. They said they would be there around 1 or 2pm - that's 3-4 hours late! Completely unacceptable. I will not be renting from these people again. i booked them one week before my babyshower, they arrive on the date of the event, however when the driver arrived with the jumper he had a really.bad attitude saying the jumper didnt fit and we needed a 12*12 space. he proceeded to live while i called the supervisor at the same i got the measuring tape and measured the spot where the jumper had to go infact it was more than 14 feet. the supervisor also wasnt helpful and when i told her i needed a discount for the incovenience she denied my request. the driver came back and set up the jumper didnt even apologize for the troubles. i will not recommend nor be book them again. I tried calling other jumper rentals but last minute rentals was not looking to good everyone was either closed or didnt rent the same day. it was a bad experience. read more

Lopez Party Rental, I will no longer use your services. I am really disappointed. When I called and who ever I spoke to was informed that I needed same day delivery and pick up. Not sure if she knew what she was doing but when she asked if the order can be delivered on Thursday, I said no because we (the company) would be liable for the tables and chairs. I then repeated to her that I would need the same day delivery. For some reason you would think if the invoice says same day delivery fee and Pick up would mean the same day. But instead of accommodating the customer and try your best to have some one pick up on the same day you tell the customer that they would have to cancel the order. First of all this is unprofessional because our event is already for this Friday. I was ok with canceling the order and believe me this will be the last time we ever use your services.
