Not only did they shampoo the carpeting, wipe down all surfaces, and disinfect the bath areas, they wiped down the windows- inside and out (we have a lot of tall windows, too). Mac even repaired a broken vanity drawer in the process! And the pricing was very reasonable given the amount of cleaning that was completed. Needless to say, we are super impressed.
