For my payment I received a box of new parts, a still busted bike and another shop had to retrieve my bike on a trailer. I can't say it enough to never step foot in this place. The man can make more excuses than I've ever heard. I believe this to be his business model; take a customer's motorcycle in for repair, tear it partially down, order a few parts, string the customer along until said customer is pissed and retrieves his bike. Being charged a high labor charge to boot. Wished I'd of never stepped foot in that place. Be Warned

have utilized mike's genius for years. can't possibly say enough good things about his work. there…read moreare no mechanics in the area that even come close to mike's expertise. if u take your bike there to be repaired, it's gonna take some time. he's currently doing all the work alone. tires and batteries come first, then when he can, repairs are next. if you take it to him it will be done the right way, don't expect it to be cheap, he doesn't work that way. not everybody is enthralled with mike, but there's not a bike mechanic around that doesn't respect his work.

I…read moredestroyed my radiator hose and Jake says we can't claim warranty that's your fault, can't even try to help you out. So I pay a bunch of money and wait two weeks for them to fix the hose only to find out in the first mile of travel they installed it incorrectly causing it to rub on a moving part, rupturing it. Now we are all good to claim warranty work on it, that will be a two month wait with no calls and if you call them they get attitude. I have had it out for two weeks and it's dead again. I took it in the first couple months after purchase and complained it was idling hard and dying randomly. Left it there for over a week only for them to say it's nothing. It's continued to do this off and on since. Last time I got it serviced I found the air filter laying in the box not hooked to the air duct but why even bother to call and complain, nobody else services the brand for 100 miles and they don't care. I literally can't say enough bad about this place. Everything they told us during sales was laughably wrong. You can always get service on a Saturday if you show up at 9. Nope. That will be about a two week wait but we can't tell you exactly when and you gotta leave it here. It took them three hours to call me back and let me know that. Out of everything that has transpired I think my favorite is when I originally destroyed my radiator hose I paid extra to have the replacement expedited with the promise as soon as they received the part they would have it on and back to me. My profession requires the buggy, it's important to me. They didn't call when the part came in and it took another week after that to install. Just took it in to trade it off at a different dealership and the compression in the cylinder is under 100, it's ruined. I was told that if they didn't install the air filter correctly I was pushing dirt through the cylinder which ruined the engine. I had checked it myself but a week had past by then. I got 1800 trade in for it and paid 12k 10 months ago. It's still under warranty but if I want that taken care of I have to take it back here, to the place that destroyed it.
