After checking several things out, they found that there was only a bad electrical connection and so they fixed it and the fridge came right on. Jeremy did not charge me for service and I was on my way. I was moving cross country from CA to NC this past October. I decided to take a rest stop off a…read morerandom exit in what seemed to be the middle of nowhere in Tx. As I pulled off, one of my breaks failed. (Like screeching grinding metal and car lurching kind of failed.) I was a single female traveling alone with a pet and it was HOT out. I was four hours from my next hotel stay, and have physical disabilities. I was terrified. AAA gave me the number to G&M Auto Care. When I called, I talked to the owner, Mr. Leatham who was SOOOO nice, and pretty much already knew what was wrong with my car based on the description. I had my car towed there, and they worked on it right away. Mr. Leatham chatted with me and my pet bunny in the waiting area. He told me a story about how he was stranded once, and couldn't find anyone to help him. I knew he understood my situation. My car was fixed in under 2 hours for a very fair price, and I was able to make it to my next destination before it was dark. I am very grateful that my breaks failed on THAT exit, because I ended up at the right repair station, with an honest and compassionate person to make sure I was back on the road safely, and with piece of mind.

The man who fixed it helped us and told us the patch he put on didn't hold, but he couldn't do anything for us because the tire separated once he aired it up. all of this is very understandable because things happen. however after telling us the patch he put on didn't hold and he was sorry, he refused to refund us for the faulty patch. we go here because we are local and it's close and convenient. won't get our service again. very disappointed.
