We decided to go with 1 company so that we could all benefit from working with the same team. Between the 3 of us we got about 6-7 estimates. Brownlee Roofing & Gutters completed our estimate remotely with a satellite imaging software and had my estimate to me same day! Best part about it is that I didn't have to set appointments and meet roofers at my house to get the estimate. All the other companies want to set an appointment so they can walk around on your roof with a measuring tape and chalk and then try to hard sell you on the spot. Not Brownlee Roofing & Gutters. At first I was apprehensive about the accuracy of an estimate given based on web satellite images, but Brownlee Roofing & Gutters just completed my roof in a single 10 hour period from start to finish, installed roof vents, and did the entire job for the exact penny they quoted.
