(a bit annoying but, ok). I made the appointment, saved it in my phone and the employee did not even write down the date or time. He just asked me my name. I came back the following week at the time he said and was told I had the wrong day and they could not help me until I made another appointment. First, it's not possible I got the wrong day as I would not make an appoint for a Friday morning when I work during the week. Second, WHO CARES!!!!! I'm a customer and I just want to look in a book sitting on your shelf. The store was empty. Even if the employee was busy he could have at least suggested I look it over and email him with question when he was available. But no, I needed to make a second appointment. Which I did. Then I called the owner and left her a voicemail that I wanted to speak to her about this situation. She never called back. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED.
