I'm a customer and I just want to look in a book sitting on your shelf. The store was empty. Even if the employee was busy he could have at least suggested I look it over and email him with question when he was available. But no, I needed to make a second appointment. Which I did. Then I called the owner and left her a voicemail that I wanted to speak to her about this situation. She never called back. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED.
