It had fallen down in one place and over the years rocks had come loose the mortar was giving out. Morrow's Masonry jackhammered all the old mortar out and replaced with new. The job site was left in poor condition, with concrete splatter and footprints across my pool deck caused by his crew. What was most disappointing was that when I raised these issues, I was told I would have to pay additional money for them to return and clean up the mess they created. A professional contractor should stand behind their work and leave the property clean when the job is complete. Based on my experience, the workmanship, cleanup, and customer service did not justify the price charged.

After some initial communication, when trying to set up an appointment, she stopped responding. Finally when she did, an excuse as to why she did not sooner. After receiving the quote, I had questions. Four e-mails ignored, called twice and no answer. Do not waste your time. The only reason I gave 1 star is the system forces you to select at least one.
