They also removed a board supporting the incoming water line without explanation, leaving it hanging from a wire and damaging the clamp. Their initial attempt to "fix" it involved taping the board to a pipe, which was not a proper or safe solution. The sump pump outlet was also installed in a way that caused the discharge pipe to partially block it, putting pressure on the plug. Communication was another major issue. I was never given a dedicated point of contact. I had to reach out to the salesperson again just to report problems. He forwarded my concerns to the office, and I was eventually contacted by Christal. She was professional and genuinely helpful, but her phone number repeatedly showed as disconnected, and only some text messages went through.
